Great stay. No issues. No problems. Unit was clean and had everything we needed. Like having outside area to sit and relax. The door requires you to put in code 2 times before it unlocks but no problem. Love the location w great restaurants and local watering holes in abundance. Stairs are steep to unit so be warned if you have mobility issues.

This was the perfect place for us as it was walking distance to the event locations we were attending. A fun, eclectic neighborhood. The bakery next door is fantastic and Louis is a very helpful and very responsive host.

Very convenient

Down here for Tulane Graduation. Very convenient to campus and right next door to La Boulangerie, one of our daughter’s favorite spots. Overall a great location and accommodation. Will stay again.

Great Place!

My husband and I travel to New Orleans once a year and this location is great! We don’t normally stay this far west of the Quarter but we really enjoyed seeing the Uptown area and all of the restaurants, bars, shops and homes there. Very walkable. Felt very safe. Our car was parked outside all four days with no issues. It’s an easy Uber if you want to go to any other areas without walking.The host was very communicative and offered great suggestions. Would stay again!

Fantastic Unit in an Awesome Location

5 stars! The unit was great for a long weekend get away in New Orleans. Everything was clean and neat. Bed, Kitchen, Bathroom were all good. The balcony was nice to hang out on too. The unit’s location on Magazine was perfect, with shops restaurants and bars all walking distance. The host was also very responsive and accommodating. Would recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing and fun visit.

Great Place to Stay

My husband and I have stayed here multiple times and love it every time! The location is perfect. Close enough to walk to plenty of places and quiet at night. We had a car with us this past time and never had a problem finding free street parking during Super Bowl weekend! We will definitely be renting again!

Perfect place for us.

We’ve stayed at this property multiple times, and it consistently lives up to its description. The location is fantastic and suits our needs perfectly. We encountered one minor issue, but the owner was incredibly responsive and resolved it immediately. It's a great place, and we'll definitely be returning!

Great location! Near the wonderful stores and restaurants on Magazine. Walking distance to St Charles for the street car to Tulane/Audubon Park or the French Quarter. Clean, comfortable, and well priced.

Magazine Street! Awesome....

The location was great! Lots of wonderful shops and restaurants.... The unit is petite, but lovely. Very nice rooftop patio too. The indoor narrow stairway up to the unit was a slight challenge with large suitcases; but overall, it was worth it.

Great location!

This cute little place was perfect for a couple night getaway for wife and me. Super quiet, great location on Magazine Street, just a 10 min walk to the streetcar in the Garden District. Took about 30 mins on the streetcar to get to Canal Street, and only about 20 mins to get to the WWII museum (by streetcar). Was so nice to enjoy close, free, street parking and just take the public transportation. Easy, timely communication with the host. Highly recommend.

Best stay ever

I was in NOLA for a week long class and stayed at this great apartment. Louis, the host, was responsive and helpful when I was booking and checking in. The unit was very clean, the bed was comfortable, the outdoor seating area was a perfect spot to have morning coffee. Two doors down is a fantastic French bakery for breakfast or lunch. The neighbor felt very safe. I will stay here again and again. Thank you Louis for a great stay!

Perfect place for me

As a first time vrbo guest I found this apartment to be the perfect place for my visit to nola. Semi-isolated and yet steps from the bustle of Magazine St. It was very clean, neat and easy to settle into. The host was extremely proactive and helpful. I would definitely return for future visits and recommend to family and friends.

Great Location, Lovely Apartment

Louis was an amazing host. Answered all of my questions promptly. The apartment was clean, comfortable and had all of the basic necessities. Restaurants, cafes and shops outside your door. It was convenient since I went to a Tulane graduation. My daughters gave it a 👍 also. The steps are a bit steep so wouldn’t recommend for handicap or elderly.

Perfect spot on Magazine Street

My daughter and I stayed here for 4 days in early May! What a delightful find - close to shops and restaurants in the heart of the Garden District. We are looking forward to returning.
