Less than five minute walk away from Bourbon Street and 10 minute walk from downtown. This is a really good hotel for this location.

The entrance to the building could have been cleaned more often as well as the elavators. The maid did not sweep/vacuum bathroom or room same dirt on the floor and carpet sonce we arrived. The shower leaked all the time.

Friendly staff, clean rooms, and great location for walking

Bathroom lighting is very dark and was hard to see to do a lot. Had to put makeup on by window in the room. Shower water pressure was pathetic. Light in entryway did not work either.

The AC was not working when I arrived, and I have to wait 2 hours to get a new room.

Offered coin operated laundry machines. Only problem is they didn’t have a change machine and the front desk doesn’t carry cash. On checkout, no luggage carriers to be found. Had to make two trips to haul our luggage from the 17th floor to ground level. On the plus side, the valet car hops were very helpful in loading our luggage into our car.

Overpriced for what it is

Close to The French Quarter and walking distance from everything we needed or wanted to get to. Check-in was easy and we could store our luggage since we were early. Housekeeping didn’t come though…we were there for 5 nights. If we needed to request it, that wasn’t clear. A refresh would have been nice.

It was not what I expected for the price I paid. It was like staying at a motel 6 just with a nice New Orleans view. Other than the view it was not worth the price. It didn’t even have a hair dryer. Even motel 6 has a hair dryer.

The 2 complaints that I have is the refrigerator did not work. The bed was so annoying everytime you moved it made a loud squeaky noise. And as far as location goes its close to the mardi gras parade but expect to do ALOT of walking if you want to go to bourbon street or Jackson square area.

I loved how I cancelled my reservation a month ago and still got charged for one night because the orbitz app sucks.

Lovely hotel, very close to the French Quarter and Bourbon Street. Staff very welcoming and professional. I would definitely recommend.

The hotel just canceled our booking on the day of our arrival for no reason. We Called them and the representative didn't give clear reason and hung up on us.

Great proximty to Bourban. Clean, nice size rooms, roof top view was beautiful.

This hotel was nice really 4 stars. The staff was on point I’ll be back 😘
