Guests will have exclusive and uninterrupted access to the entirety of the space during their stay including the living room, kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and laundry. The backyard is shared with the tenant next door.

Normal check-in time is 4 pm on the arrival date. For check-in's from 1pm - 4:00pm, it's an extra $50 to have an extra cleaner assist with servicing the property. Check-in before 1pm would require booking the previous night at a much-discounted rate. Contact host for details.

Street parking is available but not guaranteed, when utilizing street parking please make sure to adhere to city and state laws. The backyard is shared with the tenant next door.
