$60 in New Orleans. What can you expect. Old and run down but clean.

I was just there for a night--but the room seemed clean enough, it was centric, and cheap.

Rooms showed a lot of wear and tear. Heater wasn't heating. Froze at night.

We arrived at the hotel, we did not get greeted by the hotel rep, the room only had 1 set of towels when it should've had 2, when we asked for extra they said they didn't have anymore, they didn't clean our room for the 3 days we were there & we seen bugs throughout the hotel smh

When we walked into our last available room it smelled horrible in entering walked into the bathroom and there was a cigarette butt in the toilet and ashes all over the floor. There where plastic soda bottles floating in the pool.

Blood stains on blanket. Tub was dirty and trash behind tv

The location was great the room was nice and big and clean. The pool wasn't as clean as I should've been cigarette button in it & dirt The staff was OK ... they called twice and woke me up telling me that I needed to go to the desk because I complained about the a/c and rthey moved me to another room... I never complained , was never moved The maid service left my door a jar thank goodness I took my camera with me when I left. They just put the towels on the dresser not in the bath room. All in all it was good

Fun and comfortable. Staff very cool and friendly. Pool clean and fun.Room clean and comfortable.

Run-down, dirty place, not worth 1/3rd of their rates. Sticky carpets, lots of noise from the busy street, lumpy mattress with depressions where people lay. Lock on connecting door broken, and no response from the staff re a fix. Had to barricade the door. Trash blowing about in walkways, battered cars in the parking lot. Clothes iron missing, bath tissues out, limp see-through towels. Only pluses were the decent Internet connection and the closeness to the MSY airport. I nearly abandoned my pre-paid reservation to find another hotel, but I am too cheap. STRONGLY suggest skipping this hotel at any price.

We chose this hotel for the proximity to the airport. Unfortunately, there were multiple issues with this hotel. First, there were roaches in the rooms. Second, the air conditioner did not function properly. It would turn on however, the air was warm. Third, and most importantly, the room had bedbugs. I shared the room with a friend and we slept in separate beds. She woke up with bites all over her arms and face. On a positive note, the staff was friendly and helpful.

Hotel prices felt like gouging way over priced.Could be a great hotel, needs new furniture young manager could be more polite.I would not stay here with my family

overall i was pleased with the services i recieved

It felt nice, friendly, modest. Nothing extra special about the amenities, just basics.

Most of the front desk staff was very nice. Our room was extremely clean. It was very peaceful and quite. The price could be lower. Being the lobby n the ouside of the hotel look's alot fancier, than say the elevator's, as well as room's. However, for a bit cheaper rate I would go back definitely. Also they were the gentlemen at the front desk was supposed to call our room, so I could go to the lobby and get a coffe maker for our room. That never happened. So in the freezing cold I had to keep going down to the lobby for hot coffee. I was there to relax. Not go down 3 floor's for cup's of coffee that was ridiculous. Again though if they lowered their nightly rate's even just $10.00. I would be much happier. Thank you.

This is perhaps the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. It was a lats resort and I think we would've been better off sleeping in the car. The room was filthy - we were super afraid of bed bugs. The shower was gross and the sheets / towels didn't seem clean. We were there for all of 4.5 hours.

we were not impressed by the cleanliness of the whole place. the bathroom had hair on the counter.the windows were dirty. the breakfast area was a mess and why do they call it continental breakfast if there was only cereal toast and muffins.we were there 6 nights and had maid service only twice. one good thing is that there were no bugs. after being in the room we were afraid to swim in the pool we did not see anyone at least see if it needed cleaning. not a good stay there for us.

Check in was very easy. The rooms were clean. I didn't hear any load noises at night. Will be back.

The worse night stay ever I was given a room next to a main highway very noisy did not get any sleep, and the people above me was noisy all night

Worse hotel experience ever. Dirty, noisy. The phone "message" light blinked constantly. The messages were from 9 months ago and apparently could not be erased.

One night in New Orleans to save time driving to the airport. Great location for that purpose (less than 10 min from the MSY airport), good enough location for food and other needs (grocery, and yes, it just so happened that I needed to find an auto zone and a tire shop). Good value, would stay again.
