I wasn’t sure about booking this hotel for a cruise we would be taking. For the price and level of service, we were pleasantly surprised. Our room was very large with a great view. It smelled of new carpet. All of the amenities were an added bonus. The complementary evening drinks and food, as well as the breakfast, were fantastic! Parking was reasonable and easily accessible as compared to previous places we’ve stayed! This is our new place to stay going forward!

Need more staff at the bar for late night especially after the Sugar Bowl. Only one person on staff at bar and she was completely overwhelmed. She did the best she could. Poor planning on managements behalf.

Had a very nice suite that was clean and very quiet. Manager was very friendly. Love that the hotel offers a huge breakfast buffet, popcorn in the afternoon, 2 free drinks, and a tasty dinner buffet. All for free!

That was my first time staying at Drury Plaza Hotel, I didn’t want to leave snd I live here in New Orleans. The staff had an attitude of caring and glad you were there. The atmosphere was comforting.

This hotel was convenient and very clean with a phenomenal staff. The only downside to the convenience is the street noise during the night which is to be expected in a city like NOLA. We would definitely stay here again.
