¡Bienvenido al paraiso! Esto de dos dormitorios, dos baños villa se encuentra en el corazón de la isla del paraíso, a sólo un paseo en taxi 30 minutos en taxi del aeropuerto de Nassau. Situado en la planta principal, la villa está a unos pasos de la piscina y tiene una hermosa vista al mar.

La villa ha sido recientemente reformado y amueblado con nada más que de sobra. El dormitorio principal tiene una cama king size y la segunda habitación tiene dos camas individuales que se pueden juntar para formar una cama de matrimonio si así lo desea. El salón tiene impresionantes, mobiliario nuevo de cuero, un televisor de pantalla plana y Roku 2 (acceso a Netflix, etc.) para su entretenimiento.

Para aquellos que quieran cocinar la unidad se completa con una cocina actualizada totalmente equipada y una parrilla al aire libre (se proporciona propano). Compra son fácilmente accesibles con un supermercado a diez minutos a pie para sus necesidades básicas y para una selección más elaborado; Mart el dulce es un taxi rápido viaje al otro lado del puente, o puede utilizar el servicio de entrega de comestibles en línea. Comer fuera - hay varios restaurantes a poca distancia, como Margaritavilla y The Green Parrot. También puede pasar por el restaurante del hotel, Viola, que ofrece comidas, servicio de bar y entretenimiento en vivo.

Beautiful villa with lovely pool/gardens and steps away from a fantastic beach. The villa is nicely decorated with comfortable beds and well appointed kitchen. Best of all worlds to have quiet, more secluded villa in walking distance to lots of shopping and restaurants at Atlantis marina. I’d love to return again!

Overall we enjoyed our stay. Nice pool and easy access to Cabbage Beach. The villa floors were dirty but the host quickly remedied this when notified. Bathroom sinks drained very slowly. Fans were clogged with dust.

Very sterile looking condo, outdoor patio furniture for livingroom, inadequate cooking supplies especially for when you are cooking and not going to restaurants. Wifi is hit and miss. Master tv didn’t work.

Perfect Villa on the Beach

The Beach Villa was everything as described. Our family had a great time and truly enjoyed the private beach access to the beautiful blue water. The host was also very prompt answering questions before the trip. The location was also very convenient to Atlantis resort for restaurants and other entertainment. It was a fantastic trip. Would definitely stay there again and recommend to others.

Beautiful villa right at the beach!

The property was exactly as listed. Big common areas for visiting and a spectacular location. Beds were comfy, bathrooms were clean and modern and the poolside patio was awesome. The hosts were responsive and kind. We highly recommend this property.

Perfect escape for a couple or family

We have stayed with Jordan a few times now. The resort and spacious condo has all what you need for a wonderful time. Just steps away to a private Cabbage beach area and the views are extraordinary. We look forward to many more vacations at Jordan's place.

Fantastic Villa in perfect location

We had a great vacation and would definitely stay at Sunrise Villas again. The location is central to everything and the location right on cabbage beach so amazing. It is truly one of the most gorgeous beaches I’ve ever seen. The owner was easy to contact and the unit was very clean. A great stay, would highly recommend!

Great location on beach for families

Had a wonderful time in the unit which had great access to pools and the beach was a minute's walk away. The unit was spacious and allowed our two teens to spread out with their own bathroom. Really enjoyed using the patio in the morning with coffee and in the evening with a cocktail all while overlooking the pool and the sea in the background. Would definitely visit again!

This property was very peaceful and beautiful. Established landscaping and steps away from pool and beach. Jordan was always available and Ezrena made us feel welcome and gave us everything we needed to know about our accommodation.

Family Get Away

Loved our stay, Jordan extremely helpful and responds quickly to all msgs. The villa was clean, beds very comfortable and loved our stay there. Pool directly out from our villa and beach just beyond. Ezrena who helps Jordan (owner) responded quickly on something we needed. Recommend this property as a place to stay.

We had an amazing time! The unit was very clean, and newly updated. Perfect location overlooking the pool and just steps to the beach. Jordan, the owner went above and beyond for us. We would definitely stay there again!

Cozy comfortable cottage

My family of four had a relaxing visit to Paradise Island with this cute condo being home base. The beds are super comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook breakfast every morning. The owner, Jordan, was very easy to deal with and the beautiful beach and convenient pool were great for both my 8 and 3 year old to enjoy. An easy quick walk to Atlantis and the shops rounded out this great condo!

Exactly as you see it - BEAUTIFUL

We had a great time in this condo for a long weekend. Having the kitchen was great and now that we know the area, we will be doing more dinning in and grocery shopping. However, groceries are very expensive. The views from this place are fantastic, the pool is super nice and clean also. I will return here without a doubt! The only suggestion I have would be for new beach chairs and beach toys and boards for kids of all ages. We will be back for sure!

Beautiful place. The villa is a two minute walk to the beach. Beach was not crowded at all. Villa was super quiet. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. Would definitely stay again. Only recommendation would be if the villa had a beach umbrella to use. We had to pay $30 to use one.

Sunrise Villas the Location was Perfect

The location in Paradise Island was perfect. Wished Violas was open. That was quite a bummer not having food nearby. Really need a taxi to get around and that was OK. The amount of people flooded Atlantis from the cruise ships was very annoying. The surface cleaning was very good, but being allergic to dust, the vents could use some attention. I would recommend this condo and would stay again, but communicate to visit sites after 4 pm.
