My husband and I stayed here while we were in town for the SEC tournament. The condo was very clean and conveniently located! It was only a 12 minute walk to The Gulch or a 5 minute Uber ride to Broadway! I will definitely stay here again in the future!

Awesome SEC Tournament Experience

The apartment was just what we needed. The property is a short walk/uber to the downtown area and also Music Row. The host was very attentive to the details and we had no issues with the property. We just did a 3 day trip to explore Broadway, it was a perfect location, not right in the middle of all the chaos. Walking distance to the Gulch, Music Row, and Broadway. Broadway was a little further away but definitely doable. Took us maybe 20 minutes. Just walk straight up 8th the Right on Broadway. It was clean, had perfect amount of towels. No issues!

Host MUST BE a Rock Star!

This was our second stay at the exact same unit…and we’ll likely be back! The condo has everything we could possibly ask for…plus some! The host is very welcoming, maintains her property well, and the pricing is more than fair. The property overall is clean and seems to be located in a safe area. Parking area is very secure and convenient. We love having the ability to walk to just about everywhere, especially close to The Gulch (including The Station Inn) and Carter Vintage Guitars. Just over a mile to Broadway and about a mile to 3rd & Lindsley.
