Checked into the property, bedding had holes, bed bugs, roaches in the bathroom, iron burns on the floor reeked of smoke and urine when I turned the AC on.. disgusting I immediately requested my refund and rebooked another hotel. I can’t believe so many ppl still stayed there. Low price is not worth it

Yes room was clean and the cleaning staff was very polite, even though I didn't need their services. The daytime desk attendant could have been more courteous and helpful. The evening desk attendant was very polite (I think she may have had ownership in the establishment)--regardless she was kind. Overall I had a very pleasant stay and will patronize the hotel again. Thank you. jh
