Ideal downtown Nashville loft – Letterpress Loft

Downtown Nashville loft in an unbeatable location. Letterpress Loft is steps from the music and bars of Printer's Alley and two blocks from the prime honky tonks of downtown Broadway Avenue. Walking distance to Bridgestone Arena, Titan's Nissan Stadium, Ryman Auditorium, Country Music Hall of Fame and City Music Center. Plus all the main downtown Nashville tourist attractions.

This is a self-owned, self-managed loft and our goal is that you feel you're in someone's home and not a standard rental. The loft is located in an renovated warehouse built in 1905 that operated as a commercial printing company for decades (hence our "letterpress" name!). Soaring ceilings, huge wooden columns, original brick walls, industrial ductwork and the open layout transport you back to another time. And yet, the home is equipped with personalized, secure electronic door locks for independent check-in, high speed wifi, and Smart TV's. Parking pass (including in/out privileges) available for additional $25 per day.

A few items to note prior to booking to ensure this loft is the right fit for you:

1. There are smart TVs for you to log into with programs (ie Netflix, Pandora, etc). There is local TV but no cable.

2. If you are sensitive to noise, this loft may not be the best choice. The central, downtown location and the age of the building does come with the trade-off of some noise. A stay in Music City means live performances in bars in every direction. Including a Printer's Alley bar in the basement of our building. When staying in the unit you may hear music, occasional sirens, cars parking in neighboring garage or people enjoying nearby bars or in neighboring lofts. It's not blaring but it can be noticeable and we want to manage expectations up front. A spa sound machine, portable fan and earplugs are provided to ease any minor disturbances. However, if this causes concern you may want to select another location.

3. If a view is important to you, then this loft is NOT the best choice. There are large, industrial windows, an outdoor balcony space and an amazing central downtown location. The view, however, is...a parking garage. You'll see from our reviews that guests love the space, but we want to inform you up front prior to booking to ensure you don't have disappointments or missed expectations upon arrival.
The condo is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with a separate bedroom. Guests can expect to find free WiFi and a Smart TV with Netflix. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a sofa bed, and a coffee maker.

The space was immaculate. It was everything we hoped it would be and provided us with the perfect stay. There was a hiccup with getting into the room and building but the host was extremely helpful and even contacted who they needed to contact to ensure we could get into the room. Where do I start? The loft is perfect! If anything it is better in person than shown in the photos. Great location! The listing is very honest that it is not a quiet retreat. But we love the sounds of the city. And being nestled into the city vibe is really cool. Christi is an amazing host! We extended our stay due to weather and event postponement. She responded immediately to every message, and even checked in on with during our stay. I really cannot say enough. We are former locals and lived in this area downtown. It’s a perfect mix of a slightly slower pace than the Demonbreun side yet still very walkable to everything. Especially nice if you are going to Ryman or TPAC. We will be back very soon!

AWESOME! Wow. This little apartment was absolutely perfect, UNIQUE and so comfortable. The attention to detail was far above excellent. The decor was Rustic Industrial meets Roaring 20's Glam and then mixed in were quirky, clever instruction signs, and hidden gems throughout. The bed was soooo comfortable! Both of us slept wonderfully well. And aside from the odd city siren (which you would expect in a city) we didn't think it was loud, as warned in the description. Coffee mugs were a good, generous size, which we very much appreciate! Easy walking distance to all things downtown. The paid parking that's offered with your booking is handy and super close! HIGHLY recommend, would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Location, Location, Location!!!!

First, the location is unbelievable! We walked everywhere and not far at all! The loft is absolutely stunning! It was super clean and just perfect for my husband and myself. Whoever designed it and did the decor should get an award!! The shower is amazing and the convenience of having 2 sinks was paramount! Loft Life!

The Loft is amazing! It is one of the best places we have stayed through VRBO. Location is perfect, close enough to the excitement of Broadway without all nighttime noise of the crowd. The Ryman Theatre is one block way and everything is in easy walking distance . The loft guidebook provided local places to listen to music and some fun restaurants to try out. The Letterpress Loft has an internal security system - starting at the front door of the building, elevator and loft door itself which made us feel very safe. Christy, the property manager, was quick to respond to our inquiries, always friendly/professional and was extremely helpful helping us navigate a new city which made our stay so memorable. We can’t wait to come back!! Thank you!!

Beautiful loft in the heart of it all

My husband and I had a great stay in this beautiful loft. It was our first time to Nashville and this was the perfect location to be able to walk down to Broadway and see it all. The loft was very clean and the bed was SO comfortable. Can’t wait to return!
