I needed airport pickup. Waited two hours, No shuttle. I called numerous times. Finally had to call Lyft! Come to find out, the hotel shuttle is operated by a third party. As such, La Quinta is not displayed on the shuttle!! Pretty important information to advise customers what to look for!!! Never mentioned! Even when I kept calling asking where the shuttle was!!!! Ruined my whole night! Additionally, Hotel patrons slammed doors til midnight, talking loudly in the hall. Couldn’t sleep! Terrible experience!

Sliding shower doors would not stay closed so bathroom floor flooded with each use. We reported on 1st day and still not fixed 4 days later. Door card entry system went out for two days over the weekend so we had to be let into our room by staff Management told desk personnel it would be repaired Monday, but not sooner due to the weekend. What kind of management and customer service is that? Noise inside hotel from nearby highway was ridiculous. Our only reason for staying was that we were gone all day each day. Terrible customer service experience for the price being charged -$100 per night. Expedia should not list this hotel as a choice.

The room and facilities were very nice. The only issue we had was that their computer system was down and we couldn’t get a room key. The desk manager had to go with us to open the door each time we went out. It was a real inconvenience for her when having to leave people waiting at the check in desk since she was the only person there.

When I checked in the hotel the keys would not work, the desk person could not get anyone's keys to work so he had to come let eveeryone in their room one at a time and told us to go get new keys in the morning. So, once you were in your room you really could not leave if you were like me and did not have anyone travleing with you or you could not get back in. Also, the back door is drilled out where there may have been a lock issue, but it has a big hole in the door. Granted it still locks, but it was a little bit unerving. I checked with staff to have my daughter picked up at the airport at 6 am in the morning. She followed their directions by calling after she secured her luggage and then going to the hotel shuttle pickup area. they told her it would be about 10 min, she waited over an hour then they said 5 min. She continued to wait and I called by this time and told her I would get up and come get her. They still had not arrived nor called her to verify. She had been on a 38 hour flight and they are only 7 min from the airport. It should not have taken so long for them to not show up.

Dirty lobby. Unfriendly staff. Trying to ask them questions felt more like I was irritating them. No cleanliness. My mom is allergic to mold and instantly had her throat swell. We had to leave within 20 minutes of arriving. Unsafe area and guests.

We had a room booked for April 10th. While boarding our flight, I received a call from the hotel informing me they could no longer honor our reservation due to a “water leak.” When I asked whether any other rooms were available on the property, I was told none were. When I asked for help securing a room at another hotel, I was told they could not provide any assistance. We booked another hotel nearby at a higher price. As we drove past the original property, the parking lot was full and several large tour buses were parked outside, suggesting the hotel was operating normally despite the explanation we were given. Do not book here if you expect your reservation to be honored.

We appreciated that the hotel was recently renovated with tasteful and modern upgrades. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was satisfactory. During our last night at the hotel, we had challenges with parking due to a large conference. But since it was our last night, it wasn't a big issue for us. Prior to that we found parking to be adequate. Overall, the hotel was a great value for a 4-night stay.

Room was adequate. Ac was good. TV did not function well was blurry. Ice machine non functional, no ice. When i called down to night manager, he came up & called technician, i was told to turn tv off for 10 minutes. I did that however when he called me back & i said tv was the same & i asked for a room change, he tried to get around it by saying the tech said the entire hotel had the same experience. The next morning i asked for an ice machine local, same manager said in the bkfst area. When i entered the bkfst area tit was filthy. Had mot been cleaned at all

Airport shuttle took around an hour to pick us up. We were told to wait at a specific area and look for a green van. After 4 phone calls we were told to look for a Yellow Van in the shuttle area not the specified C3 area which is for Ubers. Once we arrived at the hotel they had an issue with their key card system. It took a very long time to check in almost an hour. The manager had to let people into their rooms one by one because they could not give out swipe cards due to their system issues. Room was clean bed was comfy.

Everything was pretty nice. Parking was close but it would have been nice to have a drive thru at front to drop off luggage then park your car. We were on the 4th floor and someone on the floor was smoking some heavy Marijuana! It smelled disgusting. The whole floor smelled and when I got in the elevator it was soo strong my 10 year old had to cover her nose. They need to enforce the no smoking in the hotel. Also the first night we had a very loud quest making so much noise at 11pm pretty sure it was the person smoking. Other than that the hotel was clean, breakfast was good, and staff was nice.
