🏠 ABOUT THE PROPERTY:

Inspired by the Grammy award-winning musical duo Brooks & Dunn, this special loft was designed just for you with country elegance and your ultimate comfort in mind. Enjoy customized, beautiful touches throughout the unit - including steel beams, hardwood floors, high ceilings and exposed duct work.

The Dunn Loft is special to the heart of its owner, Danielle Dubetz, who lists Brooks & Dunn's Brand New Man album as one of her all-time favorites and #MCLawesome! Enjoy easy access to the best of Music City without cramming yourself and your party into a hotel room.

Enjoy privacy and space with two bedrooms, two full bathrooms, a full kitchen and laundry room. The loft's layout includes a queen in the master bedroom with a private bath, two twin beds in the second bedroom and a bath equipped with double entry for access from both the bedroom and the common area. The living room is furnished with a queen-sized luxury sleeper sofa that sleeps 2.

Enjoy original paintings by Beth Inglish and Anthony Billups throughout the space, inspired by the award winning singer/songwriter/authentic cowboy duo. Treat yourself to a loft with such a high level of comfort that it will feel like your new second home.

This loft arrangement is perfect for families with kids or groups not wanting to share beds. However, it can easily be booked in combination with the Brooks loft right next door to sleep a group of 9, and up to 12 people if your party is willing to share beds!

PLEASE NOTE: Booking the Dunn Loft reserves only this unit. To reserve the loft next door and sleep up to 12 people, you must book the Brooks loft separately.

It's only fair to warn you: if you stay here, there's a good chance you'll never want to leave. To borrow the lyrics of the good, old-fashioned Brooks & Dunn - you might just feel 'born to love again.'
