Welcome to our brand new luxury Condo in downtown Nashville! A 4 bed/ 3 bath Condo that impresses with carefully curated details! This space is designed to entertain! A wide-open floor plan that allows larger groups to spread out, highlighted by a HUGE wrap-around balcony. Building amenities include: a pool, cabanas, fire pits, grill, gym, lounge, secure parking garage & lobby concierge. We are just 6 blocks from Broadway Ave & 4 blocks from the Music City Center!

The Vibe Condo in Downtown Nashville welcomes you with vibrant colors and designer finishes. This space is perfect for larger groups to spread out. We choose not to squeeze as many guests as possible into this space to allow a more memorable experience! We have incorporated style with functionality to offer a unique offering for guests. A hallway bar, 2 seater arcade games, dart board and private wrap-around balcony are just some of our highlighted features. Come visit us in Nashville for a special experience!

The Condo is all yours! You will not share any spaces inside of the Condo. Staying with us, you will also have access to all of the amenity spaces in the building. We use the Latch app so everyone in your group can have access to the unit, pool, gym, fire pits, parking garage and front lobby via the downloaded app on their phones. Your phone is your key!

Grab a quick workout in the brand-new gym, jump in the pool on a hot Sumer day, catch up on some emails in the lounge and unwind at the outdoor fire pits.

Luggage Service:
Early arrival on check-in day? No problem! We are very excited to announce a complimentary service to hold your luggage.
Complimentary luggage storage is available with our on-site concierge, 7 days a week from 9:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Cleaners cannot hold luggage inside units.
Our neighbor, Tennessee Brew Works, can hold luggage for free (if you buy a drink or food), starting at 10 am for guests who need storage.

* We do not recommend staying Downtown Nashville if you are sensitive to noise, or homelessness. This property is located in Pie Town, an up-and-coming downtown neighborhood adjacent to The Gulch and SoBro, and walking distance to Broadway, The Music City Center, and The Bell Tower Wedding Venue. Noise from sirens, trains, or work can be expected. There is a shelter down the street. It has never been a problem for us to walk around, but some guests are more sensitive to it than others. Ubering is extremely fast and convenient from this location. Scooters can also be a great option to commute. Almost all units in this building are rented on short term rental basis. We have quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM, however, we expect weekends to be vibrant. Nashville is an energetic city and noise levels can be consistent of this. There is a freight train nearby the building that you can occasionally see from the balcony and the pool. It is slowing down when it passes our building so it usually goes by slowly and quietly. We have overnight security, specifically trained to ensure the safety of our guests on the buildings premises.

*Security is present on-site daily from 5:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m. No security during the day on Saturday and Sunday.

Amenities such as trash bags, toilet paper, and paper towels are provided. For families traveling with small children, special provisions can be made available upon request (i.e., crib, high chair). Additional amenities will be at the cost of the guests.

We provide two rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, plus what`s already on the holder. Please note that we do not offer restocking during your stay, so you may need to purchase additional supplies if needed.

The property is smoke-free, and we do not allow parties, events, or unregistered guests. Please respect quiet hours from 10 PM to 8 AM and follow the occupancy limits for your booking. The principal renter on the reservation must be 21 or older and present for the entire stay, and pet policies vary by property, so kindly review your booking to confirm whether pets are allowed. Same-day bookings may have a later check-in time so our team can prepare the property, and for safety, some buildings use exterior and common-area cameras (never inside the property). Fees will apply for agreement violations, including property damage and excessive cleaning, as outlined in the full rental agreement.
