The hotel was fantastic from top to bottom. Friendly, attentive staff and a wonderful location for anything I needed or wanted to do in the area. My only complaint is a really small one...the bathtub is so slippery when you want to shower. A bath mat in the tub or something to allow you some traction would be a real blessing.

This was not like other Loews. Noticeable 1 inch gap in new carpet to the right of the TV stand. We weren't made aware of construction work when booking the tickets. It was loud in the morning.

We usually love this place. I inderstand dog friendly. But for those of us who dont have dogs, we shouldn't have to stay on rooms that dogs have been in. Smells like wet dog. Also the room across the hall. Dog barking loud. I hope with renovation, they maybe keep one floor just for dogs.

First room had a bad thermostat; second room had construction noise. Both rooms were very dated. Parking didn’t work right and food choices were terrible and the restaurant was freezing. But the gym was great!

Great stay overall. Although there was some construction happening, I only heard noise briefly and it didn’t impact my experience. The staff at the Loews are always friendly and helpful. My only con, though it’s understandable is the cost of parking. There’s no free parking, and the price difference between self-park and valet isnt noticeable, but expected for the location. Room was clean. You can tell it needs some sprucing but it good shape- I would assume that’s what the construction is for. I felt comfortable. The hotel is in a great area with plenty to do nearby. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Nashville.
