Room was clean. Shower took forever to get hot. Bathrooms weren’t very private- there’s a sliding door that doesn’t cover the gaps- you can see into bathroom. And TV only offered local channels - could not connect to Netflix or any platforms.

The hotel is new and nice. The check-in was messed up due to pre-registration. I was charged 2 times for the 75 dollar hold even after I asked if it was going to charge me twice. The front desk people did not know how to get into the system that sends the preregistration instructions. Then why do you charge for parking? I have never heard of paying for parking at a hotel. This whole experience left my bank account overdrafted. I felt as if the front desk woman did not care about my concerns and brushed me off

I was not aware of the charge for the parking, my error for not looking closely at the site. Also, I had recently broken my back in an auto accident and told the desk clerk that I didn’t know my license plate number and is it really necessary to list it or is the make and model and state enough. I was told that I had to go out and get the information. I told the clerk of the injury and I was having a hard time walking at the time. It didn’t seem to matter to them. I stay at IHG often, and have never been required to go back out to get the information.

I will give this property a 4 out of 5. The hotel is beautiful. The staff was ok didn't try the breakfast cause it was a fee and I found a better breakfast close by. I didn't like that I had a issue with the payment process but it was still a nice weekend stay
