I like the O'Hare Garden Inn. It feels warm and inviting. My only complaint is with the bed in my room-- it has a big indentation on one side and is uneven throughout.

Wonderful experience, I want to go back! Clean room, safe and nice facility.

Great experience and excellent service! Our flight arrived in the morning and we were allowed to check in early versus waiting until 300pm. Our room did not have a microwave which was needed because we have kids. Courtyard Marriott was very accommodating and brought one up to the room for us to use! Mahalo!!! JR Collins

Overall the accommodations were excellent. The staff was readily available and informative of the surrounding area and what it had to offers. The only comment is there was no lighting at night for the outside seating and tables. It would be very nice to have a firepit in the evenings near the pool.

Nice Hotel, Their was a pull out couch for the kids, nice little café with bar type food in the evening, great for a snack. Breakfast was a little pricey, but was good.

Clean, friendly staff, excellent location. Not too far from downtown and close to the airport. Close to restaurants and grocery stores. Quiet rooms that are nicely appointed. Air traffic was loud outside due to proximity to airport but we never heard anything inside our room. Small pool but perfect for our children. Overall, a great stay.

Booked 2 nt via an online group that ends with a Z. Great hotel, lobby is very nice if you want to meet with visitors instead of your room. Had a quinceanera to attend. The kids liked the pool, even though a lot of adults took over deck chairs for Both days. Room was modern and clean. The fridge was a little small, flat screen tv was great. A/C unit was whisper quiet. Housekeeping did a great job of coming back when we weren't ready for service. Only negative thing was no complimentary breakfast or even coffee offered. I was told I could get a coupon at the front desk for a free coffee from the bistro cafe, if this is the case, it should be given at check in time to save time in the morning. A drawback was parking at night. We got back from our Party at midnight & lot was full. The entire back section taken up by huge moving trailers/trucks. We had to create our own parking space along the side. We stayed on the 4th flr, other than that, would definitely come back.

We got in town late and were greeted by a fantastic young lady. She made u feel at home. She was very informative as to the area. We went to our room and it was very comfortable for the price. I was very pleased and would recommend to anyone.

Good value, close to the airport, very friendly staff and quiet. All in all, a pleasant stay.

Hotel was great for the cost. Not far from downtown Nashville if you have a car. Would stay there again.

The room temperature was chilly and the thermostat had no control over the room temperature. Why has a thermostat if it can not control the room comfort.

THIS WAS A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. WE ARRIVED AT THE HOTEL AND WERE TOLD THEY GAVE OUR ROOM AWAY. IT WAS 10:30 IN THE EVENING. WE DID NOT CHECK IN AT 3 PM BECAUSE WE WERE TOLD THAT ROOMS WERE NOT READY. WHEN WE RETURNED WE WERE TOLD THAT DESPITE THE FACT THAT WE HAD A RESERVATION THEY WERE OVERSOLD AND HAD GIVEN OUR ROOM AWAY. I SHOWED THEM MY RESERVATION NUMBER (RE5YUE) AND THEY ACKNOWLEDGED THEY HAD A RESERVATION FOR US, BUT THEY SAID THEY HAD GIVEN OUR ROOM AWAY. THE STAFF WAS RUDE AND LACKED COMPASSION FOR OUR SITUATION. WHEN WE EXPRESSED FRUSTRATION WE WERE TOLD TO CALM DOWN OR WE WOULD BE ASKED TO LEAVE. THEY SAID THEY WOULD TRY AND FIND US ANOTHER ROOM BUT THE CLOSEST LOCATION WAS EITHER CLARKSVILLE, TENN. WHICH WAS BACKTRACKING FOR US OR BOWLING GREEN, KENTUCKY WHICH WAS AN HOUR AWAY. VERY LITTLE EFFORT WAS MADE TO HELP US IN THIS SITUATION. IT WAS TAKE IT OR LEAVE IT. NO OFFER OF A GIFT CARD, FOOD OR KIND WORDS WERE MADE. IT SEEMED TO BE OUR PROBLEM NOT THEIRS. WE ENDED UP DRIVING 3 HOURS HOME TO LOUISVILLE AND ARRIVED AT 3:30 AM. WE BATTLED A HUGE AND SEVERE THUNDERSTORM ALONG THE WAY. WE WERE TIRED AND MISERABLE. WE WERE HOPING FOR MARRIOTT TO REACH DOWN AND SHOW SOME TYPE OF COMPASSION OR OFFER SOME TYPE OF COMPENSATION BUT THEY WERE UNWILLING TO STEP UP. AVOID THIS HOTEL AT ALL COSTS

Friendly and polite front desk rep! Clean room and lots of parking

I've stayed at this courtyard many times over the past 6 or 7 years, This trip I was disappointed that the courtyard had removed it's free coffee station in the lobby. The only free coffee is a single cup machine in the room. This seems very cheap to me and not up to Marriott standards. Also in the bathroom I did not get a shampoo, only 2 conditioners. In the future I will probably stay somewhere else.

Front desk clerk was rude, rude, rude. Get past them and its great!

Nice location convenient to airport and downtown area. would stay there again

The hotel was nice, very clean front desk staff very helpful. We loved the touch screen board in the lobby for directions.
