We booked this hotel on our mobile device. When we checked in, the front desk clerk was not helpful at all. He immediately told us that they did not have any King rooms available. Then proceeded to "find" us a queen bed room that was available, at a lesser price, but said we would have to contact Orbitz for a refund. We needed a room, so we accepted. The hotel elevators were filthy, with trash on the floors, dirt and fingerprints everywhere, and the 3rd floor where our room was located at trash all over the floor. Our room was marginal, and the sheets were less than pristine. Our towels actually had holes in them! Needless to say, when Orbitz contacted the hotel, they had a different story - I think they are a sham and trying to weasel out money from travelers and from ORBITZ. I suggest that you find any other hotel to stay in.

The hotel is a little hidden between office buildings, pleasant staff, and is about a 20 min walk from Vanderbilt.

The room was beautiful and the hotel staff were amazing!

The carpeting seemed dirty and the laminate flooring was sticky when I walked across it. Felt as though it needed to be cleaned.

I was only there two nights but companion became ill during our stay. How can a room with kitchette not have a coffee maker, drinking glass, silverware? Couldn't give my pal a pill. Kitchen floor sticky. Breakfast to go...really??? Some coffee and cellophane wrapped muffins. Not a place I would use again nor send a friend.

Hotel was clean and very adequate for a couple of night's stay. Staff was very nice. No complaints from our group of 4 staying in 4 different rooms. Nothing fancy here, but very satisfactory.

Clean and comfortable. Close enough to Vanderbilt and the downtown areas. coffee service was good and you can cook your own meals but must request the kitchenware from front desk. Apparently, Nashville city code will not allow cookware in the room. Strange....

Standard room, bed not comfortable. Staff is very helpful.

Needed a place near the family in Nashville. This facility met our needs.

The hotel was nice and had great customer service. It was overpriced..

The staff were hard to find and there didn't seem to be any ac in the common areas. Our room ac worked great and it was a spacious room. breakfast was gone before the time stated and parking is tight. The room was nice, property was clean and it was in a great location. Close to all the West End fun spots and Vanderbilt.

Good location, easy quick uber ride from Broadway bars.

Absolutely GREAT hotel. Clean, friendly staff, quiet. Would definitely stay here again if we travel back to Nashville.

Was recommended hotel, cannot do the same. Lights didn't work, shower didn't drain, rooms were unmade with my daughter finding hair in her sheets leading us to believe beds were made but sheets not changed by maids, rooms smelled. Other than great location, terrible experience with poorly trained staff. Ownership is obviously not into maintenance.

Woke up itching and discovered a few welts. Next day realized I had 20 or so bedbug bites. "Continental" breakfast was not delivered first day, then was granola bars, apples & instant oatmeal next day. CMAs were in town, so paid $155 for a room normally $50. Guess the bedbugs were extra

Main con-- the telephone in my room didn't work; never had this happen in any hotel before (including foreign ones#. When I mentioned it, the desk clerk said they "were working on the problem". Pro-- good value for the location; noticeably less expensive than other hotels nearby. I wouldn't honeymoon here, but if #for instance# you have a loved one undergoing treatment at Vanderbilt, represents a good value. Most of the other reviews on this hotel seem to be pretty accurate... read through them and you won't be surprised.

This no frills hotel boasts a friendly and efficient staff and a superior location. Halls and elevators show a lot of use but no obvious uncleanliness. Rooms are very comfortable and clean. nice to have a full kitchen even for mostly takeout. Would definitely return.

Not super fond of having to "order" your kitchen supplies. There was an iron, but no ironing board. Had a lot of noise from room above (just walking around). No cleaning of rooms each day. Had someone come service my room b/c tub drain clogged, and they used the toilet while there, which grossed me out.

The main lady working at the front desk was extremely rude and unfriendly. I went to take a shower and there were no clean towels. When I called the front desk to get some, the lady told me I had to come downstairs and get them myself. When I got downstairs there were three people behind the desk. Two of them, including the rude lady, were standing around not doing anything. That is really poor customer service, especially when your job is in "hospitality." To top the icing on the cake, they were doing renovations, and started jack hammering in the room above ours at 8:30 in the morning. The room was fine and clean upon arrival. However, they did not clean the room at all during the three nights that we stayed. This may be Extended Stay's policy though, but I'm not sure, As far as location goes...The location was good. There's a bus stop right near the hotel. You can take the public bus for a few dollars and it takes you right into dowtown. It's about a 5 minute ride.

The price for a standard room here was much better than anywhere downtown. For it being a suite, amenities were minimal but the staff was friendly and accommodating.

Your review brought forward the issue of the lack of communication by our front desk staff, and for that we sincerely apologize. Our suites do have fully equipped kitchens and to ensure cleanliness we keep all items behind the front desk and are available by request. We apologize our complimentary grab and go breakfast did not meet your expectations. We will remind the front desk the importance of communicating all the necessary information so our guests can have an enjoyable stay. Please reconsider staying at our hotel in the futire, we look forward to seeing you again. Sincerely, General Manager
