Great Location

Close to downtown in a quiet neighborhood. With three levels, there was plenty of space for the whole family! Lots of stairs to access the living and primary bedroom spaces, so it might not work for everyone, but it was perfect for our group!

Perfect for large group

The teens loved staying in the bedrooms on the first floor while the two couples stayed in the 3rd floor bedrooms. The beds were very comfortable. The common area on the second floor was roomy and the all the rooms felt large.

A fun weekend in the heart of Nashville

We all enjoyed staying here at this house. It was clean and convenient. However, there were a few things broken that I made aware to the people in charge of taking care of the facilities. If I had to come back to Nashville, I definitely would.

Would rebook

Provided everyone with privacy and had a safe and convenient location. Only negative would be to launder or upgrade the mattresses. They were very comfortable but when pulling back sheets on day of departure, noticed significant stains. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely rebook this home.

Clean / accurate listing

5 bedrooms fit our needs. Very clean and well appointed. Easy to get Uber's to downtown. Neighborhood is a mix of old homes and new vacation rental condos. Would rent again when we come back. Owners very responsive to questions.

Great location for downtown activities

Large home with multiple levels. Stairs everywhere so may not be good for some. Plenty of room for everyone. Comfortable king beds. Showed some wear and tear, but I guess that’s normal for rental property.
