Very clean and convenient a hidden gem for sure

Scary , no out side lights in parking lot, nothing to sit on in the room but the bed. The room had : a bed ; a nonworking coffeemaker ; everything was made of plywood

It was great everything nice. Only thing run didn’t drain well and couldn’t get air to work

Clearly the property had some age on it. However, it was remodeled and clean. The west-facing front gathered a lot of heat that the outdated A/C could not handle.

Clean, quiet. Great place to sleep.

Very clean, amenities perfect amount, beds comfortable, loved the wood floors instead of carpeting like most places, remote communication with them was fantastic, a lot of different kind of food options very close, and ubering into nashville city was about $10. The only thing I would say is if you are a light sleeper bring a noise machine - highway noise is crazy especially the bump in the road. The doorway had a large crack in it from the frame to the door you could see daylight easily and that didn’t help with the noise.

My stay here was good. The location was convenient and the price was right. I only had two issues: 1) the shower water was inconsistently hot and often freezing 2) our rental car was completely covered in bird poop within one day of parking in the lot.

Perfect check in nothing more we could ask for! Clean and easily accessible!

I think it's an interesting business model. The rooms, while clean and sort of Scandinavian in style, are spartan. The bed is the only ppl lace to sit. Somewhat inconvenient.

On line check in was easy. If we had a problem tgey were quick to respond via text.

The perfect intersection between manageable price and well-executed but minimal amenities.

Great concept with the "no attendant" motel. The staff could be contacted by email or text and were very responsive to our needs. The room is basic. If you're looking for a 5 star hotel, this isn't it. However, the rooms were clean well kept. The AC was a bit noisy and the road noise was apparent in the morning but not a bother during the night. I'll stay there again the next time I'm in town.

It is close to Vanderbilt Medical located at 100 oaks mall

Meh. For the money, you can do a lot better than this motel. The cons far outweigh the pros. It is a convenient location and the TV was great (easy to use, lots of channels). The check in process was very easy. Other than that, you'd do much better staying at a chain hotel. First of all the parking lot is barely lit so as a single woman, i did not feel safe going to/from my car. The walls are paper thin so you hear every move your neighbor makes and the room looks nothing like the beautiful pics on their site. There is coffee in the room but no cream or sugar so you better like it black. The WiFi is terrible, only one bar of strength most of my stay, even though they advertise as functioning WiFi. The room was dirty when i arrived, finding a giant hair on the bed which was definitely not mine...gross! And finally, they sneakily charge you a $45 cleaning fee for ZERO housekeeping services during your stay. It's listed as an optional charge on their website but it's not; it's mandatory and is not anywhere on Orbitz when you book. I gave the owners this feedback during and after my stay but they chose to do nothing about it but offer a sorry. If i could go back, i would've spent over $300 for 2 nights at a much nicer facility that offered strong wifi, cream & sugar, complimentary housekeeping and hairless sheets.
