My stay here was good. The location was convenient and the price was right. I only had two issues: 1) the shower water was inconsistently hot and often freezing 2) our rental car was completely covered in bird poop within one day of parking in the lot.

Perfect check in nothing more we could ask for! Clean and easily accessible!

I think it's an interesting business model. The rooms, while clean and sort of Scandinavian in style, are spartan. The bed is the only ppl lace to sit. Somewhat inconvenient.

On line check in was easy. If we had a problem tgey were quick to respond via text.

The perfect intersection between manageable price and well-executed but minimal amenities.

Great concept with the "no attendant" motel. The staff could be contacted by email or text and were very responsive to our needs. The room is basic. If you're looking for a 5 star hotel, this isn't it. However, the rooms were clean well kept. The AC was a bit noisy and the road noise was apparent in the morning but not a bother during the night. I'll stay there again the next time I'm in town.

Meh. For the money, you can do a lot better than this motel. The cons far outweigh the pros. It is a convenient location and the TV was great (easy to use, lots of channels). The check in process was very easy. Other than that, you'd do much better staying at a chain hotel. First of all the parking lot is barely lit so as a single woman, i did not feel safe going to/from my car. The walls are paper thin so you hear every move your neighbor makes and the room looks nothing like the beautiful pics on their site. There is coffee in the room but no cream or sugar so you better like it black. The WiFi is terrible, only one bar of strength most of my stay, even though they advertise as functioning WiFi. The room was dirty when i arrived, finding a giant hair on the bed which was definitely not mine...gross! And finally, they sneakily charge you a $45 cleaning fee for ZERO housekeeping services during your stay. It's listed as an optional charge on their website but it's not; it's mandatory and is not anywhere on Orbitz when you book. I gave the owners this feedback during and after my stay but they chose to do nothing about it but offer a sorry. If i could go back, i would've spent over $300 for 2 nights at a much nicer facility that offered strong wifi, cream & sugar, complimentary housekeeping and hairless sheets.

I loved the uniqueness of not having to check-in at a desk. Everything worked according to the plan. Room was clean, nice comfortable beds, plenty of towels and nice flatscreen TV. The bathroom was tiny but had nice rain shower. Somewhat noisy because of busy street outside hotel. If I could have gotten the HVAC to stay on continuously I think that would have taken care of it.

Property was fine enough. It’s good for the price. Not having staff on site was a little disconcerting but didn’t cripple the stay.

Great price; great location; great concept. No clerk and no traditional check-in. Everything was ready for me and getting in the room was a breeze. Kind of like an AirBnB hotel. Business travelers should note: There is no desk/chair in the room. This means working on the bed and eating on the bed. Also, there are Keurigs in the rooms, which is great, but I was there 4 nights and they gave me just two paper cups (which means I had to reuse dirty paper cups on Days 3 and 4); and they gave me enough coffee for one day. There's a Walmart nearby where you buy more K-Cups.

Really enjoyed staying here. Very quiet and very relaxing.

Thank you for your feedback Miriam. We will make sure the water temperature is functioning properly in the unit you stayed in. It should definitely not be freezing.
