Utensils were not given, towels were not clean, toilet was not clean

Wrong room type - requested tow beds and received a room with one king bed with pullout couch. Sheets on pullout couch were dirty / used. Air conditioning in room not working - very hot in room. Did not bode well for a good night's sleep. Drapes would not close all the way - letting in light and allowing people in parking lot to see in - on first floor.

Roaches no breakfast no coffeemaker crime stats no toiletries

This may be the worst hotel room I've ever stayed in. It smells terrible, there were no pillowcases on the pillows when we arrived and we had to call. The window curtain is filled with holes (see photo). No showerhead, the tub won't drain and when we lifted the stopper it has TONS of hair hanging from it. No washcloths. Loud. The only good thing is the a/c unit had a continuous fan option so we could create some noise to block out the I-65 traffic.

Good Stay - No issues Went for wedding. Other hotels in the areas cost 3 times as much. Enjoyed stay.

Chose this hotel because of price and location. Room was recently painted, but had a bad smell. Hair visible along the base of the tub. Bed was uncomfortable. TV remote did not work. I can't imagine anyone staying for an Extended Stay. Glad I was alone.

my wife and i stayed here as i had a very early medical treatment at a Nashville hospital. we live two hours south and did not want to travel from home. room was comfortable and beds were very comfortable. i would stay again

Great location .... shopping, food and Ramsey campus are all within 1 mile. Hotel was great value for what I needed that week. I would not being my wife to this hotel though, old and not updated. Smell of old smoke still lingers. Again, for me, and only needing a bed, this was a good room. Price was very reasonable, especially when using OrBucks.

We figured that this would be the best option for the money and for the fact that we were only staying overnight. We like the Cool Springs area so we thought it would be a comfortable stay. When we got there, it was so hot and we tried to turn on the AC, but the control wasn't working. We had messed with it longer, but it still wouldn't work. So, we tried to call the front desk, but no answer. Even though we had just check in not too long ago. It was very warm and we had to sleep with no blanket on. There was a dead cockroach on the floor in the kitchen. There was a spider in the lamp beside the bed. It was a horrible experience. There were only a few choices for breakfast as well.

While the location of this hotel is great, the amenities aren't. The rooms were clean and have a small kitchen, fridge, etc. The problem is there is nothing in the kitchen. When I've stayed at other extended stay chains the kitchen will have a small collection of silverware, dishes, pots/pans and perhaps a coffee maker. At this particular hotel you apparently have to bring all that with you. Other items provided are minimal. For instance, just barely enough bathroom towels to get you by.... and I'm pretty sure they were 80 grit. In addition to this we had two bars of soap about the size of a half-dollar. On the other hand, this hotel is in a great location near a mall, grocery store, restaurants. The person at the front desk was very nice and helpful. However, for what you pay for it is definitely not worth it. For about the same price you can stay at a Residence Inn and get a kitchen you can use without traveling with your pots/pans and dishes and probably have towels that don't feel like they belong on a belt sander.

Although this hotel was inexpensive, I would feel sorry for anyone who had to spend more than one night here. The rooms were worn, the bed was uncomfortable, there was no hairdryer, and the pillows were lumpy. Spend the extra money and stay somewhere else.

here at cool springs and in brentwood. they are basically the same, but this room had NO counter space in the bathroom, not a big deal for me, but the women might notlikeit. otherwise, ok for theprice, in a good area, close to the galleria, room was a little dingy, bed was ok, not a fleabag, but you get what you pay for

We reserved two rooms to break up our trip to Biloxi. The hotel was at a perfect location. When we got there no one was in the office to greet us. We were accommodated with two rooms close to one another, which was very nice. The rooms were definitely not up to par, though. The room had a weird smell, mold in the bathroom, stains all over the tub, and the carpets were not properly swept. Roaches were spotted during our stay. I would pay the extra money to stay somewhere cleaner.

No pool, few utensils to cook or eat with. Comfortable for one night but nothing special about it.

The best part of the hotel was the location. The room had a rather must smell, and there were dead bugs in the corners of the room. The pillows and blankets were quite dingy. It was evident that it had a basic cleaning, but it desperately needed a deep cleaning.

The rate was fair $68 bucks however for that price we felt we had to sacrifice a good nights sleep. The beds were so so in comfort, but I think what really bothered me was the condition of the bathroom, it had black mold in it and it was in real need of repair. The exit while convenient is very noisey and it is not a fun place to say in with kids as they had no place to walk to, we just kept walking them around the bldg, the hide a bed was also of not good quality, overall a depressing place to stay.

hotel is in great location, needs little updating. Very clean, pleasant people.

clean room perfect for an over night stay it would have been nice to have free wifi

Needed a room/hotel centrally located in the Cool Springs, TN area......Homestead was simple to find and easy to get to my various destinations Quiet, clean and functional

The Homestead Inn and Suites has been my place to bunk three times in the last year and every time the staff has been courteous and helpful; the room has been clean; and it is located in the Cool Springs area, which seems to be close to everything. Also, I have to say that the last time I stayed before this, I left at least 7 - 10 cd's there and they were shipped back to me free of charge!!! I don't know another place that would do that!
