this wasnt a good place , yes price was cheap and location was good, but cleanliness wasnt as expected and in times of pandemic, it should be the number 1 priority.

Clean rooms and great property lighting, didn’t like had to go to the office for plates and cups

Liked having cooking and refrigeration capabilities. Didn't like the pillows! Even doubled up, they were paper thin.

Terrible. so dirty and so loud. The bathroom was not cleaned and I couldn’t believe that this was a “hotel”

No AC. Very humid room I did not stay overnight. Not possible

Too many nasty things....the hallways were grossly disgusting. Lights in room did not work. Furniture was dirty. Carpet filthy. No cups for water. Will never stay at an extended stay again unless they reimburse me for this stay and I will give another location a try.

Not a great check in experience. The front desk girl was very nice and you could tell she was trying her best to make a good experience but it was not going to happen. I got checked in, and the room had not been cleaned. Had to move all of my stuff back out and go back to the front desk and wait 20 minutes to get a new room that wasn’t ready yet. Waited another 40 minutes for housekeeping to finish cleaning it.

This property is great for a one night stay close to shopping, restaurants and Williamson County residential areas

Expected more from a hotel in this area. The room was small and poorly supplied. It was not as clean as I would have liked. There was still a used wash cloth draped over the shower curtain rod.

First the positives... great location. Right off of the freeway, near Restaurants, stores and a mall. Looks to be in a high end area... right next to a Mercedes-Benz dealership. The manager was also very nice and refunded ourmoney. Negatives... we got in late at night and have a medicall fragile toddler. If that wasn't the case, we would have packed up and left. It was very dirty. I am not a very picky person. I realize hotels are tough to keep clean, but this has clearly not been cleaned. The floor had leaves, dead bugs and piles of crumbled drywall. When i tried to turn lights on, they didn't work. The light shade was broken, the drawer pulls were broken, the sink was broken, the lamp didn't work and i looked and noticed the lamp was not plugged in. I went to plug it in and noticed that the cord had been taped together and the prongs were literally broken off in the outlet... leaving two metal, electrofyied prongs sticking out of a live outlet! The front window was intact but smashed. My husband called and asked for extra pillows. We were told they were out. He left and went up to the front lobby. There were 3 workers sitting doing nothing. He asked again for pillows and was told they were out and they couldn't get us any because they were all booked up for the night. They clearly were not. The parking lot was empty and we were able to see at least 5 rooms on line available for booking. The next morning the manager apologized and said they had lied. The sheets had hairs

I stayed two nights and was gone most of the days, but got a good nights sleep both nights. I was able to easily communicate with the staff. Parking was easy and the facility was easy to find.

Utensils were not given, towels were not clean, toilet was not clean

Wrong room type - requested tow beds and received a room with one king bed with pullout couch. Sheets on pullout couch were dirty / used. Air conditioning in room not working - very hot in room. Did not bode well for a good night's sleep. Drapes would not close all the way - letting in light and allowing people in parking lot to see in - on first floor.

Roaches no breakfast no coffeemaker crime stats no toiletries

This may be the worst hotel room I've ever stayed in. It smells terrible, there were no pillowcases on the pillows when we arrived and we had to call. The window curtain is filled with holes (see photo). No showerhead, the tub won't drain and when we lifted the stopper it has TONS of hair hanging from it. No washcloths. Loud. The only good thing is the a/c unit had a continuous fan option so we could create some noise to block out the I-65 traffic.

Good Stay - No issues Went for wedding. Other hotels in the areas cost 3 times as much. Enjoyed stay.

Chose this hotel because of price and location. Room was recently painted, but had a bad smell. Hair visible along the base of the tub. Bed was uncomfortable. TV remote did not work. I can't imagine anyone staying for an Extended Stay. Glad I was alone.
