Sparks & Bubbles is two separate homes, side by side, booked together as one VRBO reservation. That means two full houses for your group with no strangers and no shared walls, which is exactly what makes it work for multi-family trips and reunions where everyone wants their own space at the end of the night.



Bubbles, the first home, gives one family four bedrooms, including a bunk room with a Full over Queen bunk bed that's built for kids, plus a full kitchen that opens into the living room and a private rooftop deck with the hot tub for soaking under the skyline after a long day out.



Next door, Sparks brings its own four bedrooms, its own full kitchen, and a rooftop deck with a gas grill and fire pit, so a second family can grill dinner without anyone waiting on one kitchen. Spend the day out on Broadway, grill dinner around Sparks' fire pit, soak in the hot tub over on Bubbles as the skyline lights up, then everyone heads back to whichever home has the beds they claimed.



One bedroom opens onto a comic-inspired themed lounge with its own balcony access, and a "you belong here" neon sign glowing over a console table sets the tone for the whole stay.

Rideshares reach Broadway and downtown Nashville in just a few minutes, making it easy for groups to head out without moving cars. BNA airport is about 11 minutes away by car
