Beautiful ocean view from balcony. Furnished large 1 bedroom condo with king size bed in bedroom and sleeper sofa and Murphy bed in living room, full kitchen and bath at the Landmark Resort. For check in there is a coded entrance, no waiting in line for check in, simply enter code anytime after agreed upon check in to enter. Free parking. The Landmark Resort water amenities that are heated during the off season include a Large Pool Deck with lounge chairs for sunbathing, a Large Oceanfront Pool, an Oceanfront Whirlpool, a 300 foot Outdoor Lazy River Ride, a Large Indoor Pool Complex with plenty of lounge chairs, a Large Indoor pool with a Fountain, 5 Indoor Whirlpools, a 300 foot Indoor Lazy River Ride, a Kiddie Indoor Fun Pools with Water Fall Mushrooms, a Large Kiddie Indoor Pool and a Kiddie Indoor Lazy River. Other amenities are a Video Arcade, a Guest Laundry Facility, and Myrtle Beach's only enclosed crosswalk over Ocean Boulevard that leads from the resort to the parking garage.

Awesome time at Landmark Resort

First I would like to say the property owners/ hosts were amazing! (Thank You) They answered every question promptly and thoroughly. They corresponded with us to make sure we had everything we needed and to make sure we weren't having any problems. Perfect hosts!!! The resort was great. The waterpark wasn't done but we weren't expecting to go there anyway having rented through VRBO so it wasn't disappointing to us at all. Plus there were so many pools and hot tubs and lazy rivers we didn't need it. The room was perfect for our 4 person family. We could have even brought one more kid and still had plenty of room. The room was clean, there was plenty of dishes and things to cook with (we rarely go out to eat on vacation). One thing I didn't ask about was grills. We usually grill a couple of nights but if there were grills we couldn't find them but we didn't look to hard or ask. LoL... we were too busy having fun to worry about it. Oh and they had a DJ 3 days out of the week and a Hawaiian luau 3 nights out of the week. Like I said it was awesome! Right on the beach. Not overly crowded. Perfect! Now I will say this because I looked at all the pictures and descriptions of Landmark resort before we went and if you are expecting a brand new modern building with updated everything etc... it isn't that type of place. It is an older building, but with that being said, it's still very nice and clean. I have 2 sons on the spectrum a 17 year old and a 9 year old. I'm telling you this so you will understand the significance of what I'm telling you. I felt confident to allow my 17 year old son to walk around unattended and go to pools etc.. by himself (in the building of course) he's still not ready for the street or beach. LoL... So yes our stay was awesome. I usually never write reviews, but in this case I wanted to because our hosts were awesome and because I had read so many conflicting reviews about Landmark. I wanted people to know how awesome we thought it was! Thank you again to our hosts we had a great vacation.!

This rental was in a great location right on the beach. The resort was great plenty of things do do and easy access to beach. Would def stay here again. Family had a great time.
