Perfect stay!

We always look for privacy, quiet, clean, and location when we stay somewhere. This place was perfect in all aspects. We had everything we needed at the condo and the balcony was just what I needed for the weekend. I would recommend this place a thousand times over.

We had a great time at the Beach Colony. We came down from Michigan on a last minute Spring Break trip. Everything was clean and beautiful.

Have traveled all over the world - this was one of the best long-term rentals ever. Clean and updated with a spectacular view of the Atlantic Ocean from balcony. Great location and friendly hosts. Highly recommend.

Would stay again

Great little beach front condo with a beautiful view. Nicely decorated and in a good location for, close enough to get to the ‘action’ in minutes but not in the heart of the ruckus. Only issue was the sliding glass door was hard to open but a little WD40 will fix that. Really enjoyed our stay even though Ian tried to put a damper on it. Look forward to staying there again!

Great resort

This was a fun place to stay. Perfect view of the ocean. Well appointed condo with all the necessities. There are lots of families having a great time. This place is minutes away from everything you want to do in Myrtle Beach. The condo had a great resort feel. People we enjoying the pools, corn hole, hammocks, and ocean. Umbrella rentals set up directly in front of complex. Want to return

Amazing view

We really enjoyed this condo. It had everything we needed for our stay. The location near the elevator and loading ramp was very convenient. The resort itself is dated but they seem to be working on repairs and updates. The unit itself was updated. We especially enjoyed the great view and sunrise from the balcony. The property manager Tara was very professional and gave prompt responses.

Fun filled week

From the moment we walked in the room, we knew it was going to be a great week. The view of the beach from the room/balcony could not have been any better, seeing and hearing the other families in the pool area and outside lounging area gave it the comfortable feeling of home away from home, and the room itself was so easily accessible and comfortable. The location was great as it was a 15 minute drive or less to everything the area has to offer for entertainment. Between spending time down on the beach and staying busy out and about doing activities, it always felt wonderful to come back to the room for some comfortable down time. Would definitely stay again!

As Described

Everything was as described. The easy of parking to the location of the room. The room is down a hallway that only has one other unit down there. No noise. The only down side is the bed but I have a bad back.

Parking

Parking was absolutely terrible and had we not been there early we would not have been able to stay as we have a pickup and were not allowed to move beyond the first ramp which was nearly full at that point. The facility itself was very good as it relates to the outside amenities and the condo was small but suited out needs. Would we go back, absolutely not.

Lovely Condo

Condo was on the 3rd floor and had an amazing view of the beach & ocean. Bathroom & bedroom were huge. The pillows & mattress were very comfortable. It had everything you need in the kitchen to prepare a meal....dishes, cutlery, glasses, pots & pans etc. The resort itself looks like it had been renovated or in the process of doing maintenance. Walls were freshly painted and new carpets in the hallways were being installed. We enjoyed our visit and would definitely stay here again.

More than I expected!

This property was more than I expected. I traveled with my three young kids. 8,10, and 1. The room was updated and had everything needed for our weeklong stay. The couch had a pull out bed which was so useful. The location of the room was perfect! Close to parking and the elevators. The actual resort was beautiful. My 3 kids and I had so much to do. This resort is very family friendly. The beach is right in your back yard. I can’t wait to come back. I would recommend this to anyone, 10 out of 10!

Last min Spring Break trip

We have stayed at many locations and sometimes the not the easiest to access the rooms or the beach… I absolutely loved that we could park on the 3rd floor and just go across the cross walk and our room was close.. the view was amazing… The only complaint I have is the sheets and bedding.. The sheets had no elastic to them and would not stay on the bed .. the pillows were just as bad.. The pools and hot tub were great!! I love the fact that they had so many of them…

Problems

Everything is OK except layout wasn't great sliding door to patio needs new wheels construction noise nextdoor was ongoing till late night 9pm even on weekends.
