Perfectly located, close to the golf course, beach, sporting arenas, shopping and dining. The apartment is on the first floor. There are 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, a large living room, dining room , full kitchen and also a washer and dryer in the unit. There is a spacious patio with plenty of sunlight. The pool is close by, visible from the patio. There is free parking available.
