Deborah checked us in and she was super sweet. The staff was friendly and ready to help if you needed anything. Easy access to the beach was right off the pool area. Very convient location in walking distance to restaurants and souviner shops. Great rates if you have pets!

It was worth $46. a night but no more. The floor was sandy, the coffee maker was missing part that held the coffee filter, only had 6-7 channels on cable, the wifi never connected, and it was loud. BUT the staff was nice.

The room looked like it had not been cleaned in a week. After checking in and going out for breakfast we came back to no towels and someone had been in one of our bags. They gave us some dingy towels to replace the ones they took out. The day of check out they came in the room and threw away our stuff we had in the freezer, we were not gone just went to eat breakfast. I would never stay there again. I told the person who checked me out I was not satisfied with my stay.

Hotel is decent... Definantly not a Marriott or Hilton. They do not clean the floors I took my shoes off after getting there and walked to bathroom and my socks were black on the bottom. When we first got there the beds weren't made and was told 15 min and it was more like 2 hours. The next day we asked the housekeeper to sweep the floor and mop and leave towels... The only thing they did was leave towels. There was still sand on the floor from where we went to the beach. The hotel was nicely remodeled bed was amazingly comfortable. Hotel is in a nice location with a nice stretch of beach. The worst part of our stay was on check out day housekeeping just came in the room without knocking or anything at 9:30 am while we're sleeping. I for one am a veteran and have PTSD and it could have turned into a horrible situation by just coming in and not knocking. I would stay again but it wouldn't be a long stay if the problems aren't worked out. Hotel does NOT provide shampoo or anything... The front desk doesn't know what ice bags are and made us out ice in a trash bag. Overall a decent hotel with problems that CAN be worked out if the manager makes her staff actually clean the rooms... All the problems are with Housekeeping. Please please please please please get mops and mop the floors they are gritty and no ones socks or feet should be black 5 min after walking into the room... That just shows the hotel is dirty.

Noticed a lot of negotiate reviews on this hotel however we had no issues at all! The staff was friendly, easy to park, and the rooms were clean and updated. Also the hotel is right on the beach, we had a great stay.

This hotel was in a very convenient location. There were a lot of things to do around the MB Strip and surrounding area. Basically ocean front so it was a quick trip to the beach. The room was very clean and house keeping was very prompt on our request of more towels and room instructions. I enjoyed the stay and would recommend it to anyone for a weekend.

The staff was very helpful upon our arrival at Blu Atlantic. The staff was friendly. The cost of the room was a great price. We would stay there again.

The location was awesome - a very short walk to the beach. The staff was friendly and helpful, but the rooms were not as clean as we expected - probably not easy to do in a beach environment. The partisl ocean view was one long, shared balcony, which was not too bad - wonderful view. The pool was small, but adequate - don't know how often it was cleaned? Parking space was included - a big plus. Brochures and ice were available by the lobby. All in all not a bad value for the price.

Good for location and price if all your using the room is to sleep, bath and storage bagage. The garage parking was a bit scary.

I will never go back I didn't get my oceanfront room I paid for they don't have a ice machine and when I was asking the guy at the front desk he was very rude about never will stay there again!!!!!!! Wish I could get some of my money back

Booked this hotel on the way to the beach. Arrived a few hours later and front desk clerk did not have our reservations. We had to have the travel agency we went though to contact the hotel to sort out the reservations. The front desk clerk was very rude, We had to wait hours before getting our room which was ridiculous. The elevators were broken so we had to walk up 4 flights of stairs each time we left the room. The pool was only cleaned once during our 3 day stay. The room service was pretty horrible. There was not enough parking. The top level stayed full and having to park in the parking garage on the bottom level was not my cup of tea. The driveway was very slanted and my car got scraped every time we pulled in. On to the good note : The beds were VERY comfortable and clean. The pool was a nice size and was very relaxing.

Just stay somewhere else!!!! Housecleaning was bad and late late, dogs barking in room next door all night, nasty pool! No elevator, no coffee pot, parking terribile and creepy parking garage, vending machines not working, no ice! Not a place to go with teenage girls!!!

Found this hotel and seen that it had bad reviews but i booked it anyways. Now I wish I hadnt have.

This hotel is running a scam. I compared the hotel rooms offered on the Blu Atlantic website and the website I booked our reservation through. On Blu Atlantic's website, all rooms listed as Oceanfront include a private balcony, so on I chose an Oceanfront room. My email confirmation says: Room Description - Oceanfront - 2 queen beds. When we checked in we were given a room with a view of a cement wall. My boyfriend went back to the desk clerk and showed her the email confirmation that said Oceanfront. She replied, verbatim, "The whole hotel is oceanfront." She moved us to a second floor room with a partial ocean view. We were not the only guests to whom this particular issue happened. SCAM! The parking lot is a disaster area. There are not enough parking places for all of the parking tags they issue. They have an underground parking structure with a ramp big enough for one car to enter or exit at a time. The upper deck is the same. If there are no spots you have to back out, or make a three to five point turn to get out. If a car or cars have pulled in behind you...well I am sure you can do the math. After one such ordeal taking almost an hour, and causing a drink to be spilled all over my two month old 2014 Jeep Wrangler, my boyfriend and I forgot to put our parking pass back up on our rear view mirror (we took it down because it blew out the windows as we drove. We chased it down the street twice!) The BLU ATLANTIC had us towed. Then they told us that if we just showed the towing place our parking pass, we wouldn't have to pay for being towed. The towing place didn't know anything about this policy. My boyfriend called the Blu Atlantic and asked to speak to the manager, and was told that the manager doesn't work weekends. The front desk clerk called the towing company and asked them to release our vehicle. The girl at the towing company said, "You asked us to tow it three hours ago. Don't you keep a list of registered vehicles?" The towing company felt bad for us, so they knocked $20 off the towing fee. My boyfriend is still waiting for a call from the manager today. As there were less parking places then parking tags issued, people were parking told to parallel park behind cars parked in parking spots. Other guests had parked at the end of the lot not in parking places, but with valid hotel parking passes. The BLU ATLANTIC had them towed, and their parking passes were hanging from their rear view mirrors! We asked for the WiFi password four times before we informed them that their password was invalid or incorrect. They told us that was the only password they had. The housekeeper left a bag of trash and a pile of dirty towels sitting on the public walkway outside of our room for two days. It was still sitting there when we left. There was no elevator. There was no ice machine. You have to buy bags of ice for $2.50 each. Our in room refrigerator still had food from a previous guest in it. Three of the four light bulbs over the mirror at the sink were burned out. The exhaust fan in the bathroom was so full of dirt and dust it couldn't have sucked up anything. The shower sounded like it was going to burst a pipe and then barely dripped out. Bottom line - NEVER STAY AT THIS HOTEL!!!! IT IS A SCAM AND A FRAUD!!!!

This hotel was by far, the worse hotel we've ever stay in. We booked an oceanfront through a well known travel agency (no names but begins with an O) but when we arrived were told that Ocean View was all that was available and on top of that no effort was made to refund our money. We didnt even receive the proper amount of the difference between an oceanfront and an ocean view room. Lousy hotel. Wouldn't recommend housing pets here much less people. Will never stay here again. We will be contacting the Better Business Burea as well.

After checking and going to the room me and wife find that we have been put in the wrong room. We booked a ocean front and got a ocean view. So, after talking to front desk they say there is nothing open that I will have to wait on the manager to come in the next morning. In addition, I ask about a refund in price and once again they tell me they can't because they don't have my credit info. Next, as far as the room it was ok. but, still needed a lot of improvement. Hotel is sandwiched between to other main chains and at one in the morning when doors are slamming and people yelling they want so anything about because it's not on their property.

The staff was very rude. Our bathtub didn't drain. The elevator didn't work. There was paint all over the floor in our room and the toilet was very nasty.

This hotel was renovating while I was there. It didn't offer anything that it said online. I had to switch rooms just because it was dirty. The room I stayed in was also dirty, and had to wait to get cleaned. I wouldn't recommend staying here, and my room was oceanfront. I couldn't even find outlets to charge my phone, or even get ice. No wifi available either. Horrible!

decent hotel several problems

This hotel was in a very convenient location. There were a lot of things to do around the MB Strip and surrounding area. Basically ocean front so it was a quick trip to the beach. I will never go back I didn't get my oceanfront room I paid for they don't have a ice machine and when I was asking the guy at the front desk he was very rude about never will stay there again!!!!!!! Wish I could get some of my money back
