Only thing clean was my sheets. Balcony and room was full of sand. Headboards had hand prints all over them. Bathroom vanity had stains all over the front. Ceiling was falling in the bathroom. Furniture had been poorly repainted. Dust all over the light fixtures.

Hotel is very nice and accommodating for the price however the parking was terrible all of the spots were full and we were told to try parking at the beach parking but that we needed to move in the morning before we were towed

Good location but that’s about it. Our room was not ready until an 1 1/2 hours later than the check in time. They had no bath towels for us to use until our second day there. They said they were out but working on it. What hotel does not have towels for you to use for the first couple of days. We also had a major cockroach problem in our room.

This hotel is wonderful we enjoyed it so much! The room was clean and nice. The a/c was cold and the showers were hot with gooooood water pressure! John at the desk went above and beyond with everything we needed always with a smile! Jennifer the manager was so sweet and very helpful!

The floor was sandy and the wifi hardly ever work, nothing has improve from the last time we stayed (which was about a year ago).

Close to the beach,l and the room was nice but the floors did not feel mopped or swept, dirty, and put check in time was at 3 and our room was ready until 4:10. There was a lot of people complaining about their rooms not being ready, other than that it was a nice hotel just thought it would have been nicer.

I STAYED THE WEEKEND FROM FRIDAY TO MONDAY. EVERYTHING WAS OK UNTIL I NOTICED SOME BUGS AKA ROACHES. THEY WERE ALL OVER MY ROOM. I DID SPEAK TO JENNIFER WHO WAS VERY NICE AND HELPFUL IN CREDITING SOME MONEY BCK TO MY CARD AND OFFERED TO SWITCH MY ROOM. NO I PAYED FOR A TWO RM CONDO AND THATS WHAT I WANTED. SHE DID HAVE THE PEST COTROL TO COME SPRAY BUT I GUESS THAT MADE IT WORSER. THIS WAS THE WORST WEEKEND AT ANY HOTEL. FIGHTING ROACHES ALL WEEKEND. WOULD I COME BCK HIGHLY NO!!! WOULD I REFER A FRIEND HIGHLY NO!!! ROOM SERVICE WAS TERRIBLE. INSTAYED OVER AND HAD TO REQUEST TO CHANGE LINEN ON MY BEDS AND ONCE I ASKED HER SHE KIND OF GOT AN ATTITUDE. ALL SHE DID WAS MADE THE BED UP WITH THE SAME LINEN ON THERE. REMIND YOU I HAD BEEN HERE SINCE FRIDAY AND ONCE I FOUND OUT I WAS STAYING OVER I HAD TO REQUEST MY LINEN TO BE CHANGED. TRASH HAD O BE REQUESTED TO BE TAKEN OUT MY ROOM AND IT HAD BEEN THERE SINCE FRIDAY. JUST A BAD EXPERIENCE THAT I WISH NOT TO EXPERIENCE AGAIN ANYWHERE. I HAD TO SHACK MY BELONGINGS CAREFULLY TO MAKE SURE I DID NOT BRING ANY ROACHES BACK HOME WITH ME TO NC. OH THEY DIDNT BELIEVE ME ABOUT THE ROACHES SO THEY SENT A HOUSEKEEPER TO MY ROOM TO VERIFY AND WHEN SHE WENT IN THE BATHROOM AND LOOKED BEHIND THE MIRROR THEY WERE COMING OUT EVERYWHERE..IF THEY CLEAN UP DAILY AND NOT LEAVE TWO DAY OLD TRASH IN GUEST RROM, SWEEP THE FLOORS ETC THE BUS ISSUE COULD BE SOME WHAT PREVENTED

The rooms need a major update, The rooms have flooring so we had to sweep the sand all the time, the bathrooms are very small

Most disgusting hotel in the Myrtle Beach area!!!! Please do not waste your time, money, or health at this hotel!

Deborah checked us in and she was super sweet. The staff was friendly and ready to help if you needed anything. Easy access to the beach was right off the pool area. Very convient location in walking distance to restaurants and souviner shops. Great rates if you have pets!

It was worth $46. a night but no more. The floor was sandy, the coffee maker was missing part that held the coffee filter, only had 6-7 channels on cable, the wifi never connected, and it was loud. BUT the staff was nice.

The room looked like it had not been cleaned in a week. After checking in and going out for breakfast we came back to no towels and someone had been in one of our bags. They gave us some dingy towels to replace the ones they took out. The day of check out they came in the room and threw away our stuff we had in the freezer, we were not gone just went to eat breakfast. I would never stay there again. I told the person who checked me out I was not satisfied with my stay.

Hotel is decent... Definantly not a Marriott or Hilton. They do not clean the floors I took my shoes off after getting there and walked to bathroom and my socks were black on the bottom. When we first got there the beds weren't made and was told 15 min and it was more like 2 hours. The next day we asked the housekeeper to sweep the floor and mop and leave towels... The only thing they did was leave towels. There was still sand on the floor from where we went to the beach. The hotel was nicely remodeled bed was amazingly comfortable. Hotel is in a nice location with a nice stretch of beach. The worst part of our stay was on check out day housekeeping just came in the room without knocking or anything at 9:30 am while we're sleeping. I for one am a veteran and have PTSD and it could have turned into a horrible situation by just coming in and not knocking. I would stay again but it wouldn't be a long stay if the problems aren't worked out. Hotel does NOT provide shampoo or anything... The front desk doesn't know what ice bags are and made us out ice in a trash bag. Overall a decent hotel with problems that CAN be worked out if the manager makes her staff actually clean the rooms... All the problems are with Housekeeping. Please please please please please get mops and mop the floors they are gritty and no ones socks or feet should be black 5 min after walking into the room... That just shows the hotel is dirty.

Noticed a lot of negotiate reviews on this hotel however we had no issues at all! The staff was friendly, easy to park, and the rooms were clean and updated. Also the hotel is right on the beach, we had a great stay.

This hotel was in a very convenient location. There were a lot of things to do around the MB Strip and surrounding area. Basically ocean front so it was a quick trip to the beach. The room was very clean and house keeping was very prompt on our request of more towels and room instructions. I enjoyed the stay and would recommend it to anyone for a weekend.

The staff was very helpful upon our arrival at Blu Atlantic. The staff was friendly. The cost of the room was a great price. We would stay there again.

The location was awesome - a very short walk to the beach. The staff was friendly and helpful, but the rooms were not as clean as we expected - probably not easy to do in a beach environment. The partisl ocean view was one long, shared balcony, which was not too bad - wonderful view. The pool was small, but adequate - don't know how often it was cleaned? Parking space was included - a big plus. Brochures and ice were available by the lobby. All in all not a bad value for the price.

Good for location and price if all your using the room is to sleep, bath and storage bagage. The garage parking was a bit scary.

I will never go back I didn't get my oceanfront room I paid for they don't have a ice machine and when I was asking the guy at the front desk he was very rude about never will stay there again!!!!!!! Wish I could get some of my money back

We did state that we were confused as you did extend your stay another day and none of the issues were spoken of until checkout. We have already been proactive. We of course never run out of towels... just a delay in our housekeeping staff in getting them prepared for you due to circumstances. I was glad to have been able to assist you in the issues and concerns you had during your stay. Yes, as we spoke ~ We do have monthly pest control to keep nasty critters away. I do hope that you were able to take home some wonderful memories of the beach and ocean (a few steps from your room), and all of what Myrtle Beach has to offer (within a few blocks from the hotel).
