The pluses of this property was that it was acceptably clean, had a nice view, close shopping that you could walk to, and very close to the beach. However it lacks in everything else Check in was difficult as they need pictures of you, your credit card, your license and your signature just to check in. We were told a parking permit and key fob was in our unit but there was no key fob and you need that to enter the pool area. It totally lacks in amenities and at home comforts. No cleaning supplies, dishwasher detergent,dustpan or decent mop. God forbid you accidentally spill something on the floor. Not enough things to prepare a meal. Not even a toaster. Literally had 4 or 5 small glasses to drink from that were child size.No condiments or seasonings. Two trash bags. Limited toilet paper and paper towel. Never got the key fob despite multiple messages to host. Only one TV in the entire unit. Internet is in and out so basically no TV to watch.No extra linens. The host was not interested in your comfort as she did not try and fix the problems we had so I finally gave up asking. Unit is very outdated and could use redecorating and more comforts to make you feel a bit more welcome.

The property management company sent multiple emails asking for an unnecessary amount of banking and personal identifying information after I had already verified my ID on the app. The property management company also refused to accept any phone calls and was completely reliant on an automated text service. Around 1230 on the day of check-in I messaged the company asking for the access code and was denied the code until 1600, at 1630 I messaged the company again and received no response. I then called and texted multiple numbers and on the verbo app, just to receive no response. 2-3 hours after trying to contact the company close to a dozen times, I finally received a massage back with the code for the door. The day prior to check-out I received a text saying that I would receive an email with check-out instructions and I never received an email, so i left the property how I thought would be appropriate. The property isn't bad, especially for the price; however, the management company is terrible and needs to reconsider how they conduct business.
