very close to the train station. nice staff, not bad hotel

very good location. toilet too small. in general good

Nice comfortable stay, close to train station and downtown

The hotel was okay except for the lack of air conditioning. We visited during a very hot week so it was quite uncomfortable. Our full bed was a bit awkward since it was just 2 twin mattresses push together. Other than that the staff was friendly and the hotel was VERY close to the central station, it'd be better if you stayed during cooler months rather than the summer.

Great location and friendly staff Great Italian restaurant next door

I love the Italian restaurant downstairs and the staff at the hotel was very friendly.

Great central location, comfortable and super convenient, close to main train station, Hauptbahnhof, plenty of restaurants, supermarkets, and additional businesses! Comfortable rooms with great accommodations!

Getting there and checking in was a breeze. They were pretty helpful and laid back. It was also nice to have the restaurant next door-it made things convenient.

I have no idea how this hotel is rated a 4 star. The entire interior from the lobby to the halls were dingy. There was dirty carpet and stained walls. The room was big enough, but the bed was very uncomfortable and only came with one pillow for a queen. There was construction being done on the hotel so there was scaffolding right outside all of the rooms. Sure enough at 7am, workers started working on the scaffolding. We didn't even bother with the over priced breakfast. Do yourself a favor and stay at the Kings First Class hotel right around the corner.

The Hotel was in reconstruction. Nor Orbitz or the hotel told us during the reservation process. From 8am the workers where making noise and hammering into the walls directly on top of our room. Floors , elevators wall ways full of dust. We didn't get compensated in any way for the misinformation.

This is a pretty standard 3 star hotel. I found the rooms to be clean and the furniture updated. The wifi was painfully slow however. I had a great stay here and for the price, it was excellent.

Very good hotel will always choose it when I visit Munchin

When we arrived at Downtown Vi they could not find reservation. So we did not get the double comfort room with garden view we paid for. They offered another room but bed was up narrow stairs. So then sent us to Vi Vadi Bayer. Newer hotel. Very very small room - view of noisy construction dumpster. No kitchenette We are in our 70's and did not get to our room until 8pm. Very dissatisfied with the experience!!!!!

It's far from public transportation. Have to walk a long distance to get to the subway. Some staff were not nice.

The hotel provides very good value for the money spent, but for travelers wanting a more upscale experience, I'd try someplace else.

I was very happy with this hotel. It was much better than another hotel I stayed at, and cheaper too. I would recommend it to anybody visiting Munich.

Staff was really nice and helpful with directions. Hotel is a little on the old side but clean enough. Bathroom is tiny.

Very convienent location for public transportation as well as walking to Marienplatz. Some street noise in the rooms facing the street (especially if warm and windows open). Nice lounge area. Great value!

Very close to the train station and marianplatz. Excellent restaurants close by and staff was very helpful.

The hotel is an easy walk from the Central Train Station and includes a delicious breakfast at the Italian restaurant next door. The room included a handy kitchenette which I didn't use and a minibar that was, as usual, overpriced. The bed was comfortable, the staff accomodating and the area safe.
