Hotel was in a covenient location. Good choices for breakfast. Room was not super clean, but not uncomfortable. People working there were nice. The main issue I had was with the kiosk check-in. After traveling all day and arriving tired, I was a little frustrated trying to understand the lady talking in the kiosk and following her directions to use it. She was a nice lady, but between her accent and the machine picking up everyone else’s conversations, it made it difficult to read and understand. The actual person working the desk was able to help when she became available.

No human contact. Checked in via video kiosk with a very poor connection. Property is clearly rundown and needs attention. Torn screens on windows, out of service ice machines. Masking tape/ marker signs to give directions inside hotel.

It was fine. Staff were great. The room was non smoking but it smelled like old smoke. The carpet was filthy. I’d walk around barefoot, but then when I’d get in the shower and get my feet wet, I’d leave dark footprints in the tub. YUCK. Good work space, stable internet. Decent bed and pillows. Perfect value for the price. Excellent location, right off the interstate and lots of dining/shopping/gas options right there.
