Bathroom was a complete disaster with a hole in the ceiling cockroaches on the floor, air conditioner had mold in the vents… the room was a mess…. I want to get a full refund…
This hotel I would not recommend. The bed was broken down Two different Tv in the room, The wall Tv did not work. The garbage was piled up in the elevator area next to a large window. Ice machine on our floor did work. We were there 3 day did not once come into the room to pickup garbage or spruce the room up. Had to ask for more toiletries. The continental breakfast was a joke The entrance to the hotel was not inviting. If I was a Comfort Inn representative I’d would be a shamed to call this one of their properties.
Needed to ask for toilet paper and tissues. Bed sheet had blood stains. Rugs were filthy.
The carpeting throughout hotel was old, stained and not vacuumed. The elevators were dirty. Thr floor in the lobby was sticky. Our room had a broken light pulled off the wall. A smoke alarm covered over with plastic. A bathroom light switch stained with either blood or makeup.
The hall way and elevators reek of cigarettes and marijuana. Our doors safety hinge was completely ripped off, I wasn’t able to sleep at all worrying about intruders opening out door while sleeping. The remote control for the tv was missing. The bathroom was dirty, I couldn’t wait to leave. We left at 6 am. The breakfast area was closed but really I wouldn’t eat there anyway. Stay away.

They ran out of bath tissue and towels. The sheets looked like they were not washed. Stains were on them. I wanted to ask for my money back, but I booked non refundable, paid in advanced. They seemed to be short staff and they had only men cleaning and servicing the rooms. HELP WANTED! Yet, the coffee was excellent! Now, the Crackle Barrel next door was superb! Thank God they were next door. This property is not the standard of the Comfort Inn Suites. The headquarters need to take their name from off of this property.
The room wasn’t clean, the bathroom was super dirty there wasn’t big towels (only two small ones)

I did not like that the shower head was broken in our bathroom. I had to physically hold the head to bathe.
