I did not like that the shower head was broken in our bathroom. I had to physically hold the head to bathe.

Although the girl at the desk was super nice, people seem to hang out at the desk...a lot. The hallway carpet to the room has not seen a vacuum in a long time..that was gross! The room was not bad..but could be cleaner..bed comfortable. No breakfast even though it was advertised...but COVID. seems to be the excuse. There are very simple alternatives. Have been here before when it was great.. won't be back..sorry

Air conditioning in the lobby and hallways didn’t work. The entire place smelled like cigarettes and my toilet was broken. I stayed about 30 seconds and left. 0/5 stars

The staff is so polite and helpful. The sad part is the hotel itself is very dated and could use an overhaul.

The hotel is a typical Hampton. Clean and new for NJ.

Pluses:very clean, very friendly helpful staff - the personnel want you to enjoy your stay 24 hour coffee & juice available Easy access to NJ Turnpike & rte 295 Minuses: mattress was not very comfortable, the free breakfast was extremely ordinary

The room was clean and spacious, but the air conditioner was extremely noisy, to the point of having to turn it off at night.

Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms and hotel are clean. The beds are very comfortable. They offer free coffee, tea and juice 24hours. Breakfast is also included.

This was a fantastic place to stay. It was very appealing in decor...cute...the bed in the room was huge...everything was great.

We were not given the right room, found bug in bathtub, could not lift the sink stopper. Briana helped us and found another room which was better. Although the sink in the second room drained very slowly. We have stayed here before and never had these problems.

I had business to take care of in Mt Holly. Hampton Inn is close by and have stayed there before. Also previously lived in the area and knew what Hampton Inn was like.

We were there for a combination of family get together and medical visit. Everything was made so easy from check in to check out. We enjoyed the lovely breakfast each morning, the great exercise room, and the refreshing pool. This was by far the best lodging we have ever experienced in this area and we visit here often.

Hilton Hotels (parent company) needs to rethink how they manage customer communication. Received a lovely e-mail from 'the Hilton family' prior to my visit which I booked directly with the Hampton Inn website. Called the Hampton Inn/Burlington Mt. Holly several days prior to it to extend my stay one night. Front desk woman curtly told me that would be impossible they were fully booked. [...] Morning desk staff was one helpful person and her manager who was rude (suspect this was the same woman I spoke with earlier in the week). Checked out and returned that evening to be put in a smoking room with awful smell and no windows that opened. At 11 pm had no choice but to stay in room with my husband and two children. Went to laundry facility to wash sports uniform for my child to find one working dual washer/dryer and one broken. Used washer, and ran into a 'line' for the single working dryer. It is now midnight. Don't understand how facilities can not be maintained regularly. Asked front desk if it would be possible to have them access housekeeping dryers under circumstances. Front desk guy said he 'doesn't even know how they work'. He could have said, 'let me see if I can figure out how to turn the dryer on'....I suspect it is not too complicated. Bad experience all around. Some staff was nice but others were either unhelpful or rude. I wish they were better trained to deal with their customers and if the facility can't be maintained to have a few problem solving skills or at least attempt to care about the customers.
