When I checked in the concierge was very kind and helpful. The next morning for breakfast, the morning concierge was not helpful at all. I told him there was no orange juice and he told me it was as I had the watered down juice in my hand. He then got off his phone and went to check just to tell me oh we’re out of orange juice and walk away. I was very disappointed with his behavior and attitude.

Dirty place. Smudges on walls, front of refrigerator, black marks from apparent shower repairs, dust/grime on lamp top. Remote didn't work (desk gave new batteries) , phone didn't work- no dial tone, went to close roll down window shade and out came black (mold?) stained upper part. Rolled back up.
