The place was terrible.The room was dirty and had holes in the walls,towel hanger in bathroom falling off door ,shelf in bathroom holding toiletries falling off wall,wallpaper coming off walls,fire alarm in room going off in the middle of the night a few times because in another room someplace in the hotel the steam from a hot tube was setting alarms off.The manager was the rudest hotel manager I ever meet.He never apologized for the problems and said he did not care if I reported him or the hotel to anyone and laughed at us when we were telling him about how bad the room was.

The staff was beyond nice and the hotel was super clean and very spacious.. Steve was beyond friendly looking forward to it again...

Nothing front desk clerk rude he check me in a room that was not even cleaned and be aware the charg you 10 dollars for parking will not stay here again!
amenities are good.. indoor pool, breakfast included, nice rooms and bathroom, office amenities, wifi.. customer service needs more work— its like its not hospitality business.. too strict with the rules and they will not be shy of telling you what you can or cant do (ie.. i was holding a butter, jelly which i wasnt able to finish with the toast. i was planning on bringin ut to my room since i dont want to throw it and put it to waste. he literally asked it from me and threw it in the waste can because the rules are you cant bring their food to the room. we paid for a late check out and right at the time of check out he was in our room telling us its time to go) not even a “thank you for staying with us” after the stay. it felt like we owe to them that they let us stay there with them. in fairness though, they did allow us for a late check out for a fee since there are no guests after us, appreciated that. but the way they treat us — felt horrible. it felt like we should ve grateful they let us stay with them!
The rugs were dirty, sink and shower backed up
This hotel was nice clean and quiet. The only problem i had was with my keys.They stopped working often.

My stay was very comforting and homieStaff was attentive and helpful. My room and bathroom was clean.
Decent size pool, good size rooms, very clean, new furniture. Great value for the money. The only negative thing was the person on duty during checkout who was rude to everybody for no reason and didn't seem like she enjoyed her job whatsoever. The staff at checkin, at reception other times and the cleaning crew were very nice and helpful in contrast. Just one bad apple.
Place was clean and staff was very pleasant, The only issue was the walls are very thin, I was able to hear everything that was happening in the hallway as well as the rooms next door to us
the overall condition of the building is good condition. There is a odor in our room which was addressed with tablets in the AC unit.

I liked the friendliness of the staff. Very hospitable and kind. I did nkt like the smell of marajuana in the elevators and the fact that for the price we paid, our rooms were not serviced each day we were there. We had to request towels rather then a fresh batch bring provided daily.
