Very nice hotel, clean, decent breakfast, elevator to our second floor room. Not pleased that there were no luggage carts available when we arrived. Did not see any the entire three days we were there so thinking they don’t actually have them but wanted us to think they did. Only one entrance so we had to park in the front and walk all the way to the elevator in the back with our stuff. Very inconvenient!

Hotels typically put Expedia customers in the same rooms each time. So for reference, I stayed in room 214. The room was older yes, but the bathroom was DIRTY! The toilet bowl had a ring around it like it hasn't been cleaned in months! It also was some dried up spilled juice on the tub. Also, the breakfast was over by 930a. I will not stay there again.

Extreme Disappointment
The exterior of property has a great appeal. The interior is very disappointing. I have stayed here when it was 1st built. All my stays prior to this one have been excellent. This stay 4/6-4/8/2024 was a disappointment. The room was in need of repair. Iron burn on carpet, hole in wall, plaster on closet and wall. Breakfast was disappointing-hard boiled eggs, bagels, bread. The pool is under construction and the laundry room is unavailable. These issues are not mentioned online. Therefore it is very misleading. Unfortunately this is my last stay here. I recommend you NOT book this place.
