Very bad experience at check in. We were early at check in. We were told to leave a phone number and would be contacted when room was ready. After 9 hours (4 pm) never received a call. Had to go back to check in to get a room 1 hour later.
Staff were great and resort clean but the menu was limited and didn't change except for 1 off's that cost F$110 to F$150. A small Hawaiian pizza costs $30 + $10 if you want it delivered to your room and a large $60 + $10 to the room. A rib eye steak was AU$50 and came out with cold veggies and potatoes ...

The property was very nice but had no beach. I was really looking forward to a nice beach and beautiful clear water. Very close and easy walk to the port. The staff were very helpful and friendly but had to ask to have my room cleaned a few times.
Radisson Denarau has a small beach, which is under water in the afternoon, so this is mostly for a pool only holiday. Also, the ocean is muddy and not clean, not proper for a bath.
