Lovely property that was ideal for a pre-cruise stay for a couple of days before our cruise. Very convenient and not too far away from our port. Enjoyed the pools and on site restaurants. Staff was always very happy and in a good mood along with being accommodating and helping with any issue. Would recommend to other fellow travelers.

The hotel was incredible, facilities, pools, the DJ, relaxed/chill vibe. The food and staff. The most amazing breakfast buffet i have ever seen and catered for me so well as a gluten free coeliac. The beach was the only disappointment - dont expect clear blue water out the front of hotel (definitly get out to the islands for this) but u dont need it with the hotel pools, just amazing. Our room was very basic and still around $600 nzd per night but again, the facilities made it worth it.

Downgraded!

The hotel itself is excellent with a wonderful breakfast. However, on the first night, we were downgraded without our knowledge and placed in a room over the construction area. That was unacceptable. Otherwise, the rooms are spacious and comfortable.

Didn’t get the desired accommodation at all, we were offered a credit most likely stay at a different resort for next time, was not easy with 3 little kids

Excellent stay

A family of 4 with kids 11 and 8, loved the stay at Crowne Plaza. We stayed there for three days facing the ocean and the swimming pool. The room was very clean, the beds were comfortable, and the people working there were all friendly and courteous. The pool was perfect for my kids to play and there were enough activities for the families to enjoy. We did kayaking which was great and the kids enjoyed playing on the beautiful beach everyday.
