Check in clerk was ill and should not have been facing customers. He did not offer us option to leave deposit which led to an awkward effort to sign dinner to the room. Room bathroom sink had a leak creating an awkward puddle.

This was an amazing property. I have never seen such large pools in my life! Two of the pools had to be about 250' long and maybe 10-12' wide. They were really relaxing. Rooms were great and the breakfast buffet had an amazing selection, including made to order mochas/cappuccino, etc! My only complaint is they had a loud party going on one night that made it a little crowded and less peaceful with 2 bars blaring music until 10:30pm. If i would have know about the party before hand, I would not have booked. Otherwise, the hotel was simply amazing and probably one of the nicest places I've ever stayed in. Other than the party, it was a 5* experience.

Food is ordinary, and expensive. Service tends towards inattentive and unprofessional, albeit always friendly. Beachfront is nice but the seawater is unattractive (no coral or tropical fish). Rooms are spacious and comfortable but rather lacking character. Avoid rooms 210+, as they overlook a contruction site and receive a plume of kitchen exhaust.

Terrible service, definitely not a 5 star hotel! Vegetarian dishes came out with ham in it, when we questioned it we were told we still needed to ask for no ham even though we asked for a vegetarian! This being a food safety issue for my partner i took very seriously but the staff did not care. I mentioned it at check out also but was greeted with a ohh well attitude! There was a VIP event on one of the nights and we were told we had to eat quickly as they needed the space for the VIPs due to rain. When asked if we could go to another restaurant we were told the kitchens are dedicated to feeding the VIPs as they were more important than the guests! We ordered food and drinks and at times our food would come out before our drinks, and all we ordered was a beer can and a bottle of water! It seems grilling chicken skewers was quicker then opening a can of beer! We would order a coffee as soon as we sat for breakfast and it would be 40 mins before it came. My wife would have finished her food before my coffee even arrived! Then on check out we had incorrect charges for food and spa services. After 30 min of us asking them to provide the receipt with our signatures on it they were finally taken off our bill. While the venue is beautiful and super clean we will never stay there again due to the terrible service and issues in food safety! Stay away and try one of the other hotels in Fiji!

Top quality room. Loved all the pools especially the swim up bar. Fantastic staff who are always friendly. Excellent breakfast buffet at Harvest. Really enjoyed our time there.

The entire experience start to finish was incredible. Every single staff member was super friendly and accomodating. The amenities are amazing, room very clean and well looked after. Could not recommend enough!

Nice new hotel with great pools. On downside is they do not have a shower room or shower in the gym or spa for the day you leave if you have a late flight.
