The stay here very pleasant mainly because of the staff. Specifically Laisa, Ville, Meme, and Mereketa. The manager woman was very attentive and helpful as well. I'm pretty sure she was the manager because she always had nice dresses on. The kitchen staff was delightful too. Everyone was always smiling and happy to see us. The rooms are a bit dated and the AC in room 12 didn't work like it should. But again, the staff was just so nice and took such good care of us that it mitigated the cons. They had this amazing fire show on Friday night that blew our socks off! WHAT A SHOW!! The food on the Indian night was my favorite. The complimentary breakfast was good too. Clean pool, right on the beach and a great staff made our stay great. I recommend this hotel! When you see any of the above staff tell them JP says hello!

Did not stay at this hotel however went there for breakfast, lunch and dinner. You have to be extremely patient for your food to arrive. For breakfast, we waited for over 45min to get a French toast and for eggs and bacon. Lunch, burger and cocoda, over an hour. And for dinner, 1h45!!!!! Fiji time BIG TIME!!! Nothing to say about the cleanliness of the restaurant, nor the quality of the food. But you have to be patient. Also waitresses are extremely nice, however, they seem to be hiding behind the high counter. Impossible to see them nor for them to see you when you waive at them. Quality of the food and cleanliness of the place would be a 5 stars. However because of the extremely long service, overall it gets a 2 stars rating.

We were delighted with our choice of Aquarius on the beach as a base for our first trip to Fiji. The location is excellent, directly on Wailoaloa Beach, close to Nadi airport. It's an easy and inexpensive taxi ride to the airport terminal, Nadi Town, or Port Denarau. The rooms are comfortable and well-appointed, and the restaurant is very good. The secure baggage room enabled us to store our heavy stuff while making a number of trips within Fiji, and coming back after each of these it really felt like home to us, with a big welcome from the excellent friendly staff. Our only negative was intermittent wifi, but that seems the norm in Fiji, and we think it is the service providers which are unreliable.

We stayed there for a week in the a room over looking the front of the hotel entrance with its own balcony. The staff was super welcoming and friendly. The food at the restaurant was delicious accompanied by the nightly shows made it a great dining experience. By the time we left we felt like family. We are going to miss the lady at the front desk that would greet us with a huge smile ever morning and evening as we returned from our executions.

This is a small, well priced establishment right on the beach. The staff are friendly and obliging. It would have been very pleasant for our 2 night stay if it were not for the construction of a 7 storey hotel next door. It looked like they were only in the early stages of the work so I imagine it will continue for some time yet. If you book, request a room on the side away from the building work.

Good place to spend a couple of days in Nadi. (I had come from a dive trip.) Wifi is a little spotty, but staff was very friendly (thank you, Mere!), food was good (the chicken curry is worth the rather long wait), and my clean, cozy budget double room had everything I needed. Taxis are easy to get. Not luxury, but I felt at home and it’s great value for money. Oh, and laundry is Fiji $ 10 a bag of about 6 pieces of clothing; they don’t charge per piece, which is a great deal :) Would book again, for sure.

This is one of a row of hotels on the beach in Nadi, pretty close to the airport so you can see and hear the planes overhead. Rooms are clean and basic, and our upstairs room had an extra large balcony facing the beach. Beds were furnished with just a sheet so with the A/C we were a tad chilly and I was happy to crawl into my personal bed liner. Meals are taken in a small dining area that opens up to the pool, and dinners and breakfast were good with a variety satisfying vegetarians in our group. However, if you want brewed coffee and not the instant coffee offered, you have to ask the staff. There is a little sundry/gift shop right outside that sells basic items, snacks and souvenirs and I was able to buy postcards which they mailed for me. One evening we had fun being entertained by a troupe of traditional fire dancers by the pool which included rowdy audience participation. The staff was friendly and helpful but sometimes a little disorganized or indifferent. I was misinformed on one occasion about the opening times for an attraction so I had to scramble to change our plans for a day trip. Another drawback is that there is a beach restaurant-bar next door and their music and patrons can be very very loud into the night. So between that and the airplanes, ear plugs are recommended.

I stayed before island hoping, Deluxe room with sea view, and massive balcony. The room had everything you need incl air-con. I took the awesome adventure free bus to the port to begin island hoping. Bargain night stay next to airport.

It was nice staying at Aquarius on the Beach . It’s lovely looking out at the ocean and has a good pool. It’s a small hotel which is good also . The staff are friendly and we enjoyed the Fijian trio singing while having dinner. I would stay there again and it’s not far from the airport. It’s a nice small hotel

I needed a basic room while I conducted some meetings in the area. Value for money was good and the staff very helpful and accomodating. The inclusive breakfast was dispassionately simple, there was an option to pay for extras but I think there could've been a few extras included.
