Easy to reach from the airport. Room was basic and the kitchen space did not have any utensils/cutlery at all. Room also did not have a window or balcony which was disappointing. Convenient location was the highlight

Service level has declined drastically compared to last year. My towels were picked up from the floor and hung back despite all the make up dirt on it. I cpmlained 6 out of my 10 day stay but no one seemed to care. Floor was never vacuumed through my stay. Extremely disappointed. Will not stay there.

The front desk staff are lovely and very helpful. The room was specious and clean. However could improve with adding some water bottles to the fridge for newly arrived guests. There are not many food options around other than the supermarket on the grand floor so have dinner to bring take away food with you if you are not planning to travel to a restaurant to get a bite to eat.

Dryer needs fixing. German breed roaches noticed in room. Might be a sign of infestisation. Reguiar treament maybe required as it is an apartment hotel where guests have cooking facilities. Besides that, the housekeeping and reception are approachable and frriendly. Convenient to airport
