We visited in mid October and found the resort pleasantly not filled to the gills. The facilities are somewhat dated but appear to be well maintained, and the landscaping was truly beautiful. The largest disappointment was the beach, as it runs about half the length of the property, followed by rock jetty for the rest. It was well maintained. The waters were warm and pleasant, just not the turquoise blue we were expecting. That's probably more on us, as this isn't the Caribbean, and the sand was a mix of white and black sand which probably affected the water color. It was however very soft and fluffy. All in all a very pleasant stay, but considering the cost of the facilities, I felt that they overcharged for what they offered.

Great resort and well set out. Staff incredibly accommodating and welcoming. Each room has private outlook, sit in balcony in late afternoon and didn’t see anyone,bed super comfy. Room has all you need. Adults only pool relaxing. A huge number of sun loungers. Can walk between resorts to use pool and restaurant. Tatavu restaurant dinners were fabulous. Buffet dinner hit and miss but part of our package, wouldn’t take this option again. Used gym facility at Westin - has everything you need including grunting men lifting weights that are too heavy!!!! Would stay again definitely.

Staff were anazing, property is so well looked after and cared for and it shows. Power point in our room wasnt working but was fixed right away! Convenient water and ice machine, coffee machine in room, robes and amenities make it feel very luxurious. Dining renarkable with 3 restaurants on site. Beds comfy but pillows a little too soft. Entertaiinment around resort incredible. Everything about this hotel is top motch !

Problem 1 was the tv woke us up every night at 1 pm and 3 pm depriving us of needed sleep. Problem 2 was we chose the breakfast option in our package but every day they wanted us to pay. Not a very good experience when you have to prove the package we had, just stressing us even more, especially when sleep deprived. Just not good enough for a so called 5 star establishment. On the bright side all the staff showed to be happy and friendly but underlying this was an ineffective problem solving system which does reflect on their performance and our experience. Oh, they did fix it but it was our last night of our stay.
