Excellent location with updated facilities. Walking distant to the Marina. Friendly and professional staff. Adult only option available. Great food at competitive cost.
We had a great holiday at Sofitel! Pros: great atmosphere, extremely friendly staff (special mention to Vara), clean and organized hotel. We had a bad experience one of the nights due to drunk people in the next room, management took care of the issue in what I consider an appropriate manner. Cons: There is a kids area that is not accesible unless you drop your child for a day-care session (3 hrs for about 30 dls). It would be nice to be able to access it for just a short period of time. Overall we had a pleasant stay and wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.
We stay at the beach club ( adults only) ester the beach club check in desk was fabulous ! Not only did she give great recommendations for restaurants, she even book an extra place for us incase it rains !!! I appreciate that kind of customer service !
One of the best hotels I stayed at! The service was amazing and hospitable. My kids LOVED the pool and water slide. It’s a beautiful property from the moment you drive up nestled in picturesque Denarau Island. We stayed in a family room which was perfect with the bunk beds for our kids. The all you can eat buffets were so varied and delicious.
The staff was really friendly. Made you feel like home. Treating you on a first name basis. Loved everything about Fiji and Sofitel.
terrible room attendants. bad communication. room not ready upon check in but front desk said room ready. No pillowcase. Always forgot to place towels in the room. Front dest manager does not understand mistake on the bill. Room cannot lock for 2 consecutive days.
Family orientated with an Adult section. Staff on Fiji time, very slow to get served anywhere. Overall fantastic stay.
This is a good place to spend the night when coming in/out from Nadi. It could have been anywhere in the world, this isn't really a Fijian experience. We though that it was a bit "disneyland" in the South Pacific,
