I had the worst sleep ever in a hotel at this place. It was a Friday night so you expect a bit of noise. But it seemed like every time someone in the building moves a chair or shuts a door, there’s a loud noise. Also there were men, I think neighbours to the hotel, talking loudly in Fijian until 3.30am. Not the hotels fault but if you have trouble sleeping through noise be careful about this hotel.

The hotel itself was great, staff lovely and helpful. The unfortunate part was that my room was next to the Wailoaloa Beach Club, and their music was very loud late into the night which made sleep almost impossible.... for someone that had to work the next day. My trip to Fiji was business related.

I have stayed in a lot of hotels and check in here was by far the worst, check in shouldn’t take 45mins, the hotel should have had all my details from my booking but you wanted me to fill it all out on an iPad, then the (unfriendly) lady took ages to put info into her computer, they also couldn’t understand that I had a booking and my sister had a booking (under different names) 2 separate bookings not one, the system is clearly broken.

The buffet breakfast was disappointing, and to make matters worse, we even found hair in the food. The pool was much smaller than expected. We had booked a twin room instead of a double, and when we requested to change to a double, the staff was unhelpful and unwilling to accommodate us. The room itself was extremely cramped—hardly enough space to move around or work. The washroom was also very small, with no proper separation between the toilet and the shower. Overall, the experience was quite unsatisfactory.

This hotel is located on a nice beach with a lovely view of the ocean! The rooms have been renovated and are very clean and nice! The breakfast included was excellent! I would stay again!

The hotel is quite new, and the location is amazing with cooling on-shore breezes and breathtaking sunsets. All the staff were friendly and helpful. The room was fine although, I felt, slightly overpriced for the amenities provided. For those who are older like myself, the shower floor becomes quite slippery. The bed was so very comfortable. The breakfast buffet was good, with a reasonably wide selection. Other than breakfast I found the food quality to be poor to ordinary. I did eat at a few other places and found the food to be of similar quality.

I stayed here for an overnight layover and the staff was so sweet and all smiles! They brought me a cold towel and a welcome drink during the check in process. The room was more than comfortable. The only thing was the bathroom had an add smell I can’t really describe, and the card slot to turn on the electricity in the room seemed faulty, it kept turning on and off until I put another card in there(so two cards in the slot). These are super minor things and my stay was great and comfortable.

Excellent beachfront hotel

When we arrived, we were greeted by staff and offered a welcome drink and hand towel. Check-in was very smooth. A porter brought our baggage to our room and showed us all the amenities. The beds and pillows were very comfortable and the room decor was modern. We tried the restaurant for dinner and were impressed with the menu. Our dishes were flavourful and the presentation was nice. The hotel offered a complimentary breakfast which had an extensive assortment of items. When we checked out, we were able to store our bags and were offered beach towels so we could enjoy the beach while we waited to leave for the airport. When we were ready to leave, the staff quickly arranged a taxi for us at a reasonable cost. I highly recommend this hotel!
