The facilities in our 2 bedroom villa apartment was 4 star the kitchen -lounge and laundry washing machine and dryer was a fantastic add on The major disappointment was the poor quality of the inhouse food ordered on room service-my grandchildren refused to eat the 5 cheeseburgers and so did I -not worth the 28 fijian dollars each garbage food was the catch cry of the 5 grandkids

Firstly, the Fijian people we met along the way were lovely, from face value they seem generally interested in meeting and talking to you. Why go to Fiji? To experience a different culture in a tropical paradise right? Is Denarau a real Fijian experience? No not really! It is a tropical paradise without doubt. My family recently enjoyed a stay at the Sheraton villas. The room we had was nice, the grounds were beautiful and the staff were lovely. The restaurants were nice but inconsistent. We could have had all that by visiting a tropical area in Australia for less cost. The Sheraton experience is too expensive for what it is. You get a western experience staffed by Fijian people is the difference from doing something similar in Australia. We hired a car for a day which was great fun. We went to see a few sights which we enjoyed, but we also spent some time touring around the area. It was great to see the real Fiji and it’s people. All in all we had a great and relaxing family time. I hope this helps.

Friends stayed here and we visited them everyday. I was really impressed with the space and layout of the rooms. They had a 3 bedroom villa each bedroom has their own bathroom and balcony. Huge roof top terrace that overlooks the pool and ocean with sun loungers. Living area and kitchen was a great size. Kitchen had everything you needed to make light meals - stove top, toaster and microwave. Would highly recommend these villas if traveling with a family.

We were a family of 14 staying at this resort. We had 4 x two bedroom villas facing the pool. The villas were modern with plenty of space. One bedroom had a King bed and the other bedroom with two double beds. There was a central kitchen and living room. Great kitchen. The pool access villas were on the ground floor so that you could walk straight out to the lounge area and straight into the pool. For the families with young children they had the pool access villas upstairs. The infinity pool was quite crowded but the pool in front of the villas was not. Wet edge restaurant on the ocean had delicious food and reasonable price. The breakfast did not have good food and was very expensive. I would suggest to avoid this and bring or buy your own cereal and milk, bread. Use the money to buy a delicious lunch from wet edge instead. There is a blue bus that will take you to the Marina and other resorts, hop on and off all day for 7.50 FJD. There is a brown bus that is free and takes you to the sister resorts and golf club. We ate at the golf club. First night the pizzas were good but on another night they weren't. So a bit hit and miss for that. I had a burger there which was delicious however the family didn't think it was value for money on anything but the pizzas. Loved the resort and really enjoyed our time there.

I stayed for 9 nights in June, the villas are extremely dated, and overall cleanliness wasn't great, we also had constant flickering ceiling lights. There wasn't a mini bar which I found was strange however we did take our own snacks over to fiji. We ordered Room service three times, we found it was slow, overpriced ($12.50 service fee also) and overall food was average... there were little bugs in my wonton soup also. However, the lady on the phone and associates who brought the food were always so nice. The location was pretty spot on, with great views and walking distance to everything. The hotel offers a bula bus service which is $8 a day we used it for two days and was a great way to get around the island. Housekeeping ladies always greeted you with a smile and said bula. Wet edge was my favourite place to eat and drink! Merey the waitress and Jol the bartender were awesome and a great help. The buffet restaurant, feast was really poor, the servicers were grumpy... we were taken to our table and asked if we would like tea or coffee I replied with a milk tea please and we got a pot of "tea" which tasted like hot water slammed on our table with no milk and a dramatic walk away. The food was really tasteless, and everything seemed really unhygienic. Watersports and massages were WWWAAAAYYYY overpriced! It is cheaper to go to malamala beach club (private island) which watersports are included in day pass cost. I really enjoyed the adults only pool with the day beds. Lots of children at the hotel, so it was really noisy. We organised airport transfers 2 days before our departure date with front desk staff and when it came to the morning of, no taxi came, after a phone call to the taxi company telling us nothing was booked... a local man with a port marina transfer van was there and quickly resolved the situation and took us without hesitation. We found on multiple occasions the porters were really unorganised and didn't know what to do when a complicated situation arose. There is so much more i could say about this hotel both good and bad but this is way too long and I don't mean to come across as if im complaining at all I just want to be informative and helpful to possible travelers. Overall I did not think the hotel met the Marriott brand standards which I have seen at other hotels across the world, however, most associates were nice and it was a great location with a variety of pools and dining opportunities.

30 minute drive from Nadi Airport! Stayed in an ocean front villa with our friends for a 21st, they upgraded us from a 2 to 3 bedroom villa, and I could spend so much time in the villa it’s just like home! The facilities were great, pools and everything, including room service! Cannot wait to be back again!

We last came to Sheraton Denarau Villas 8 years ago. Loved the villas because of the space and the facilities. These are spacious and can house a lot of people comfortably. The seaview is awesome and soothing.

Fiji is an amazing place regardless, but the Sheraton Villas were amazing for our family of 5. The rooms were spacious and finally a holiday where we were not all stuck in a tiny space on top of each other. This coupled with the friendly staff and great amenities made our holiday a memorable one. Be sure to check out the coffee at the Pantry cafe!

We stayed in a seafront 2 bedroom villa , 4 adults 2 toddlers. Loads of room , very good rooms , downstairs id best for little kids. Excellent service and as Fijian people so fantastic with the kids as everyone says. Food excellent but pretty pricey in all of the hotel restaurants, head to the golf club or the port for more reasonable prices. Only fault is the lack of a hotel booklet explaining what facilities are available and where they are, took a few days to discover things like the ice maker , how to book a babysitter etc, most hotels have them for good reason. Staff in general were helpful and friendly, definitely will stay again.

We last came to Sheraton Denarau Villas 18 years ago with our 2 year old son. Loved the villas because of the space and the facilities. Back with the elderly parents this time and had a lagoon access ground floor two bedroom villa. Perfect for the four of us and offered spacious rooms that were separated by the lounge and kitchenette in the middle. Rooms were lovely and having direct access to the pool was fabulous. The resort is really nice with lots of different pool options and restaurants and you can have breakfast either at the Sheraton or the Westin. Staff really friendly with smiles and greetings all day. Small supermarket at the resort came in handy as we cooked some meals in the room. As Marriott members we were invited to managers drinks which was also a lovely touch. Spent nine nights and didn’t want to leave. We will be back and look forward to seeing the resort once the renovations are complete next year.
