Clean...comfy beds...service a little slow in restaraunt. Overall great hotel

So far, so good. I haven’t checked out as of yet. I expect it to go well.

Great stay. We were only in Mobile for one night. Welcomed by friendly staff and encountered friendly staff throughout our stay. The bar and lounge on the top floor is very nice with great views. The room was very clean where it mattered...bedding, bathroom, floors, etc. There was a little dust on the vents and ceiling, but it didn't bother us. These are deep clean things that probably don't get done every week. Overall, felt very clean and the bed and pillows were super comfy! We actually only stay in Holiday Inns because their pillows are amazing! Choice of soft or firm. Both are great. We have already booked our next stay here since we are passing through again. Great location, walked to restaurants, bars, etc. Ordered delivery from Buck's pizza and it was awesome. Used the laundry room, which was very nice when traveling. Cost about $1.50 per machine. Parking was $8/night. I don't understand paying for parking on top of paying for the room. It wasn't gated or secure in any way. But, only $8 I guess. Wifi was good. Didn't eat at restaurant downstairs. Didn't swim but pool area was very nice.

The overall stay was nice. I didn’t like the fact that they only had one clerk checking in guests.

Nice hotel right in the center of historic Mobile. Standard cylindrical Holiday Inn with outdoor pool and modest workout facility. Nice restaurants and lively culture.

Very pleasant housekeeping lady, enjoyed our stay. Great spot to catch parade for Mardi Gras.

The room was nice. The location was convenient for walking. Parking was a slight nightmare and I felt profiled by staff

Just in town for an overnight stay on Friday night and lucked into lots of festivities on Dauphin street.

Hotel was very nice room was clean but if you have a large vehicle parking is not very convenient.

Very nice to be back in mobile! Very kind staff and nice rooms! Parking is very difficult!!

We came for the Go Daddy Bowl in Jan. Great location for the parade and walking distance of good food. Very comfortable beds and clean rooms. Family friendly stay and reasonable if you can book in advance. We would go back in a heartbeat.

Hotel was very good. Staff was very nice. Restaurant a bit limited in what they offered.

The staff was real friendly, room service was awesome with good food. The pool was relaxing and the hotel was right near the dowtown night life of mobile. I would recommend this place to anyone.

The staff was very professional and extremely helpful. The rooms were very nice and clean. Had a great breakfast at the restaurant. Would definitely stay again if we are ever in the area again.

very confusing tried to get ealy check-in. I understand the hotel was sold out but i call several different times checking on this a got a different response everytime. sat next to a friend of mine as she called to and she got her name put on a list. It would be nice to have a list for early check ins. It might cut down on too many harrassing phone calls.

Room and hotel staff etc. were as expected but the bar and restaurant facilities (operated by another company) fell short of our expectations for a Holiday Inn. Although the restaurant food was good, the choice was limited and, with one exception, the staff were mediocre. The bar charged inflated hotel rates, but drinks were served in thin disposable plastic glasses.

It was my birthday weekend so I was excited. The first sign that this was not going to be good was when a very large mean looking woman started beating on the room door at around 8am yelling housekeeping I thought dang it I wanted to sleep in for my birthday but needed towels so I went to the door. I was great with you need to get up now and go pay for your room. I was confused since it was paid for already I thought. I went to the front desk as requested and the person there said I need to see your credit card so I pulled it out handing it to her apparently they had entered the wrong expiration date so it would not work. She hand it back and I ask is it okay now? Her response was yea and she proceeded to turn her back to me and start talking on her cell. I said excuse me could I please. have some towels and told her the house keeping people only left me a bath mat that they probably meant to bring me some but forgot. She turned around looking very annoyed with me and said Ill let em know and she turned her back to me again. Well I never saw towels after asking for them a second time. I was very disappointed with the staff and lack of towels.

Could not ask for a better place to stay. The staff went out of their way to help you. Will stay there again.
