The whole experience would have been a lot better, if it wasn’t for the front desk employee’s friends/family wasn’t standing around the front door smoking all the time and hanging out inside being loud. Also, there’s a lot of questionable people hanging out in their cars all the time in the back parking lot, playing inappropriate music. This part needs to be addressed.

While riding my motorcycle home from Texas to Florida, I didn’t make prior reservations, I did what I usually do, ask a local at a fuel stop where I could find a reasonably priced, clean, safe, motel in their area. I was directed to this motel. The receptionist was very nice and helpful. She even suggested I park my bike up under the entrance awning for which I was very grateful. The room was spotless and very spacious. I stayed only one night, but will be looking forward to stay there again.

One night stay on the way to MS. Bed extremely comfortable. Room had everything I needed. Front desk staff very pleasant and helpful! Only improvement would be carpeting in room a bit old. Plenty of restaurants nearby - try Semmes Pizza about 4 miles away! I'd stay here again.

Handy because it is so close to Magnolia Grove golf course. It is clean and bed OK but they skimp on everything. Two lamps didn’t have bulbs, minimum soap, towels etc in bath. Had breakfast and part of area dark because lights don’t work. They were out of forks and had to eat with knife and spoon. Front desk gal said she told Mgr two days ago they were out of forks. Hair dryer didn’t work in bath and I gad to take it down to exchange. One couple with us said they had no hair dryer in room. I would not return here.

The manager her name was Dee Patel she was rough talking and rude to me and my kids. I also had a problem with her over charging a card for more days than she was told. I do plan sue.

Excellent Service highly recommended this hotel. The only inconvenience is that they accept no pets otherwise great pla

We used this hotel for evacuation of Hurricane Irma. The staff (especially the late night shift) went above and beyond making us comfortable and working with is from day to day.

The only positives of the hotel is that it is located near a bunch of food places. The staff is not the best. They speak to you in a rude tone that makes you wonder about the hospitality in the area. They take forever to come and make your room, if they even do it. They come and do things in a bad manner that in the end we ended up making the room ourselves. The manager, Hemal Patel, is very rude and when I was making a complaint to her about the housekeeping, she hung up the phone. I even saw her screaming at guest that breakfast was over and that they had to stop eating. The breakfast was very mediocre. They only had bread and yogurt. I would not recommend anyone to stay here if they are looking for a vacation. I did not come here for a vacation, I came because I had to evacuate and it just added more stress to my current stress levels.

There are a few things that could be updated in the rooms, but when we look for a hotel, cleanliness takes top priority & this hotel is spotless!! We would most definitely stay here again because of the friendliness and efficiency of the staff and how clean the rooms are. We had clean towels and beds made up every day - housekeeping even cleaned the commodes every day! Did not catch her name, but one of the housekeeping ladies wished us a nice trip home & hoped we enjoyed our stay. We have never had that happen - most housekeeping employees act like they would rather be any place else but there. Very comfortable beds, nice big flat-screen TV with many channel choices. Breakfast was the usual, but did have omelets, eggs, waffles, breakfast bread, etc. - with good hours (6 to 9:30). There is a elevator, if you are on 2nd or 3rd floor. Very quiet inside - close to fire or ambulance service, so did hear quite a few sirens each night. Nice size closet for clothes & big bathroom with large sink counter-top area. Room was nice size, with plenty of places to put luggage. Our room had a large sized mini-fridge, with a small freezer compartment-which was nice & a microwave, both of which were also spotless. A few areas that could be improved: not very good water pressure in shower - a vent in the bathroom would be nice; lighting in room could be better - lamps were rather old & only two, besides the one by beds; could use more outlets, although they are sufficient for 2 or 3 people; Was hard to control the temperature in the room - always either slightly too cool, or too hot; and a better TV channel guide. Even without these improvements - very good hotel if you want a reasonable price, friendly management, and clean place to stay! Just a 10 to 15 min. drive to all of Mobile's attractions. Would highly recommend this hotel.
