Noise by. Large fireworks, lots of vagrants hanging out lots of noise from them also! Could not sleep for that otherwise good place to stay

Started at check in. Clerk was not friendly or helpful, we felt like we were bothering him. After he gave us our key, we had to ask where the room was, generally they show you as soon as they give you the key. We get to our room and initially it seemed okay, we requested a non smoking room and the bathroom reeked of cigarettes and was disgusting. Thank goodness we had already showered because no way would I set foot in that tub. The bed however was decently comfortable. In the morning we went in for the breakfast....what a joke. Literally 3 apples a couple cereals and a few mini muffins and bagels. So we decided to just get some coffee and go eat at a restaurant, nope, the coffee was horrid and undrinkable.

We first went into a room there was a fire detector had been disconnected to allow someone to smoke in the room, And it would not stop going off continously - reported it to the front desk - so they moved to the room next door, they would have to have someone fixed that. Then in the other room was infested with bugs, little bitty small roaches. Went back to the front desk to ask for the some bug spread and she said that they did not have any. I asked for some vinegar or bleach. She said she was not able to get any. The person responsible for housekeeping had keys to maintenance and she had nothing I could use to kill the bugs. Which were sad that they were in such a mess. We were pretty tired. But we decided no more Days Inn...

The first room they gave us had an extremely smoky, musty smell even though it was a non smoking room. It desperately needed updating, it looked worn and dirty. They moved us to a different room which looked and smelled okay but there was no hot water and I took a cold shower. The breadfast room was dirty, there were no spoons or milk and the coffee was barely luke warm. The desk clerk was very nice and accomodating. She was the redeeming feature of a bad situation. We left the hotel and went else where. We had planned on staying 5 nights.

Horrible experience that location needs to close down. The rooms are old and smell horrible. The staff are clueless ....

The walls had mold and the bathroom had mildew on the grout. My feet were black on the bottom just waking from bed to bathroom blanket has cigarette burns. No internet as advertised.

The room was certainly clean, but the bed was horribly uncomfortable. It was like sleeping in an old worn out hammock with no support. There was some confusion at check in as I had reserved and paid for a King, non-smoking room with disability access. After much consternation, I got a King non-smoking room without disability access on the 3rd floor. Not a deal breaker, and workable, but now what I had asked for. Would be back but with the bed situation being so bad, we don't know yet.

Although going through renovations this hotel has a long way to go to become a four or five star. Staff very courteous but the quality of the rooms are severely lacking. Refrigerators need defrosting no coffee maker some have microwave need new toaster in breakfasts room. Again staff very nice and accommodating

Worst place I ever stayed floor was wet room smelled like mildew, housekeeper knocked on door at 9:00 told her we were checking out ,she came back at 10;45 and said it was 11,I told her it was 10;45 she said that’s just 15 minutes, rude manger no better ,would sleep in my car before staying there again ,nasty nasty nasty

Nasty!! This is the second Wyndham hotel in a month that was disgusting. I do not know why you would have your name attached to such run down filthy hotels. I'm no longer going to book with Wyndham since you have NO standards. I took a dozen pictures of the filth because I was in such disbelief.
