All good but pool and hot tub
Pool and hot tub to much chemicals it burned your eyes and caused skin irritation if you turned hot tub on the vapors burned your nose and eyes badly. As far as the rest the room TV didn't work but they jumped on giving us new room and free continental breakfast was great and employees were very nice.

Nice place. 2 Issues: 1) Pool chemicals were very strong 2) TV used a crazy cable system with multiple directories. There were not directions on how to use. Eventually we figured out how to look at the different directories.

The property in right off the highway and sits down in a valley so traffic noise is not an issue. We did not use the pool or gym but it was nice to have them available. The breakfast buffet was good with a selection of both hot and cold food. Our suite was sufficient for our stay. It was great to have a separate bedroom.

Plenty of dinning options, close to areas we needed to be, comfortable rooms, although unable to control temp of rooms due to main boiler, had microwave and fridge, but TV seemed old/outdated, needed to look at a paper list for channels,...? Otherwise, staff was good, somewhat friendly,...overall, 7 out of 10 rating from me, and I consider anything over 6 good enough for a return stay, if in Kansas City again

Lotus bought out Drury Inn and there has been no updates. Toilet didn't work right and is so low to the floor like a kids tiolet. Bed was okay, just really soft. Floors were dirty. Pool was good. They just desperately need to update.
