Gross. The overwhelming smell at the hotel is disgusting. Staff is unfriendly, carpet is dirty, bathroom is unclean and too small to use. Bed is uncomfortable. I would never in my life stay there again. We checked out early and found a nice clean hotel.

It was absolutely miserable. They had the AC turned off and the room was extremely hot. They moved us to another room and opened a window and gave us a fan which did NO good at all. The hot tub was full of loud kids. At one point there were little girls intentionally throwing foam from the hotub in my hair. It was just miserable and we will never go back there!

The room was large and clean. However, the a/c did not work. The room was 83 degrees. The desk clerk said the a/c was not operational. She gave us a fan. The next morning the room was still 79 degrees. Miserable night. The pool water was very cloudy. The hot tub was very foamy. We decided to not get in. Would not stay here again.

The room was clean, and the beds were comfortable with plenty of pillows, which we appreciated. However, the room was uncomfortably hot, and the temperature controls did not seem to work, making it difficult to cool down. The hot tub also appeared to need more attention, as it was very foamy and likely requires better maintenance. Overall, there were some positives, but these issues affected our stay.

Rooms were clean, comfortable bed, loved hot tub but the thermostat would not work, it got hot and we turned on the air conditioning and it didn't work to cool the room. We had to open the window.

The check in staff was top notch. Clean room and facilities. The pool was clean. However, that night I messaged the property, since the phone in the room did not work and my cell wouldn't connect, to let them know there were was what sounded like a group of older teens or young adults in the room below that were absolutely screaming and banging around in the room. Since it wasn't too late yet, i let it go at that in hopes they would realize they weren't the only people staying there and maybe it was time to quiet down. By midnight, it just got worse so i went down to the front desk. The lady acknowledged what i said but i don't believe anything was done because they woke us up at 2am yelling again. Just really disappointed, as everything else was great. night
