It's OK but not much above that. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Room looks VERY different than the picture. It was TINY with a crammed outdated layout. No surface area for storage - had to use ironing board as a "shelf" to keep things organized. When I got there several things in the room were broken.
Work area is so tiny it's not a reasonable option if you have to actually work remotely. Chair is uncomfortable and not adjustable. AC is noisy and the work desk is literally right next to it, so you have to choose between having it quiet or having it cool. Internet is OK, but you have to watch this stupid Ad video every time to connect to free internet. Small thing but annoying.
The sink is tiny and it's outside the bathroom area, in the hallway - not convenient at all, especially if you have more than one person in the room. Bathroom is also tiny. I'm an average size person and if I sat on the toilet seat there was no way to close the door around my legs. I would have to get up to close it first. Shower curtain had holes and looked really gross and worn out.
Overall an OK experience to sleep overnight but personally wouldn't choose it again. This isn't a big city like Hong Kong or NYC where every inch is at a premium - at this price there are tons of places with much more human friendly layout options.
