I did not like being charged a 200 dollar deposit and not getting it refunded after check out. considering there were I didn't use any features that would cause damage. This is a hidden charge that makes this comparable to a higher priced hotel. Considering the first night I couldn't go out to eat until the police finished with and arrest of one of the hotel patrons.

Absolutely DO NOT stay here. The rooms we were put into were absolutely filthy, with dirty shoe marks on the floors, animal hair in floor boards coming up, dirty hand prints in the bathroom, a smoking smell in a supposed non-smoking room. I wouldn't even let my kids sit on the bed. We prompty called the front desk and let them know we would not be staying here and would be seeking a refund. We left after about 20 mins. and booked another room. This is a hotel where crackheads go to shoot up. The stairs to our room on the second floor were blocked off because of erosion.

1st room they put us in smelled musty and the shower had no hot water, they ended up movong us to a different room because of the shower issue. I understand thay we have haf to make alot of changes to the way we run business do to covid. But no coffee available anywhere pn site is a let down. Will not stay here again

Older facility that needs attention. Outside is dirty and rusty. Inside has failing cabinetry. Bed was fine. Rate was good. Close to IKEA!

We got there at 2am, and no one was at front counter, and when the guy came it was after 10 minutes and it was super cold, the breakfast they advertise i'ts a coffee with a little muffin, when ask the clerk if we can check out later she said 12 o'clock is the best she can do.

Reasonable price for a room of its quality. Clean and accodomations were great for a hotel room under $60.

I was placed in 2 dirty rooms on the same night. When I was checked into the first room, I callled the front desk and he quickly and efficiently moved me to another room. Unfortunatelt, that room was not clean either, so I asked for a refund and immediate xhexk out (at 1am!!). The front desk clerk was apologetic and worked with Orbitz to quickly refund my stay. Altogether, a horrible experience, but the gentleman at the front desk maintained a professional composure a d did everything in his power to rectify the situation BOTH times.

Check in was confusing, required signature forms are not relavent to third party registrants. I was told they couldn’t give me a paid receipt due to me booking through third party on line. Television remote and TV guide was filthy. Bedding had what felt and looked like rock salt residue under the blankets. Also there was not any drinking cups in the room. Only one waste paper basket and it was hidden in a cabinet.

Nice room. Bed/pillows not comfortable. Top blankets on bed not clean.

The remote needed battery, no dishes, no coffee maker asked to move to ground level because of legs no help, ask for extra towels never received it. Will not recommend to friends.

they chargued the card i used to book and i was supposed to pay upon arrival. that was a big inconvinience because they did not even bother to ask how i was going to pay for my stay and i was supposed to be paid at the hotel.

My checkout time was for 11AM so around 8AM I step out for a cup of coffee and when I return at 9AM my door was open and my bedsheets and towel was gone. Seems like the stuff was in the process of cleaning my room. This is very unprofessional and pretty much ruined my trip.

Ok place but better can be found at same price. Trash was left from former guest. A bit of a deal killer.

Check in was the best experience of our stay, he was nice and helpful. Facility was fairly clean and the location was very good. Only 10 minutes away from downtown KC. It was noisy at night due to a train and the highway that was right by our building. There was NO complimentary breakfast that was advertised in the booking process. Room could have been cleaner but it was okay for the price. However, I did see bugs in the room and that really brought down my review for this hotel. I was so uncomfortable, we ended up leaving earlier than plan.

I like the hotel, pretty neet. Not much room but the room does fit only 2 people. Clean and nice room. Would recommend!
