0/10. We came to town do wrestling we were in the hotel room long enough to go to sleep, immediately woke up and left the next morning and checked out by 7:30 am. We received a call of the manager accusing our children of breaking a television which never happened. The manager was rude, accusatory, and had no care to listen or compromise after we insisted we did absolutely no damage. We gathered used blankets, sheets, and towels together as well as cleaned the room up before we left in the morning. Staff has no proof of the tv being un-damaged prior to our check in. Terrible customer service by the manager.

The breakfast. Menu was very fresh. Parking was very easy. The problem was noise at night due to road construction. The backward operation of vehicles beep beep beeping woke me several times during the night i wore earplugs the second and third night and that mitigated the noise but found it very uncomfortable..

Nice overall except for a couple on things: 1) elevator broken so had to walk the stairs for the two day weekend, 2) room only had one set of towels (overheard others at breakfast who had same issue), 3) hotel was not very full but yet had loud neighbors placed next to our room - why?
