I would definitely not stay here again. The room was rough looking, bathroom had holes in wall, and dirty floors and tub. Just an overall run down space. No phone in room.

Poorly house kept, sticky floors in halls and room. Sheets, converters, and pillows were suspect. Breakfast was decent, coffee was not worth the time to walk to the lobby. But for the price I half expected it

The room we had was one with a king bed, and it was nowhere near as pictured on the website. I realize we booked late for a next-day reservation, and there was nothing else available in Minot, but Expedia should not have this on their list of available hotels/motels in Minot. The towels were not taken the next morning we had to ask for clean towels as we were there for another night. Our room was not entered by the staff on the 2nd day of our stay. The front desk person when we went to get clean towels gave us one small towel and one "large" towel for the two of us. The king-size bed has to be the hardest mattress we have ever ever ever slept on. I had to come home to see my massage therapist! The entire building needs some major TLC- inside and outside. The exterior sign is also in bad shape. The owner needs to spend some money on this site. The only half good thing was the breakfast from 7 to 10 however, we got there at 8 the first morning and they were out of milk for the cereal and no one was around to get more milk.

There are several food locations near by. The staff was friendly. The rooms were dirty. The floor was sticky and had not been mopped for sometime by the looks of it. The counter surfaces were clovered in dust amd dirt. The toilet seat was clean, but not the rest of the toilet. The toilet ran every time you flushed unless you lifted the lid and fixed it. The walls were dirty. The bedding was clean and the room looked like it had recently been updated with new flooring. It would have been a nice place if they cleaned it properly.
