Stayed for a couple of nights, people working there were super friendly. The two nights we were there it was -20 the room was warm and very clean.

We had the room with a Jacuzzi tub and king bed. Everything was clean and comfortable. Nice pool and hot tub. Just what you would expect for the continental breakfast. Great stay.

me and my husband got a suite on valentines day weekend, and we searched for the cheapest hotel with the best sounding stuff, and crossings by grandstay meet it! nice staff and low prices, i definatly recommend this hotel! only thing that wouldve been better is if theyd have a dvd player for the rooms

The hotel, staff and room were very comfortable. I had stayed there before and forgot there was no elevator to the second floor. If you are unable to handle stairs I'm sure you can request a first floor room. The hotel staff did offer to help, but I'm too proud...

Hotel was nicer than comparable options nearby. Rooms were very clean. Pool was adequate. Breakfast was so-so. Overall good for the price. Not close enough to historic Main Street Stillwater to walk.

Check in was slow, there was only one person at the desk. No Problem, but she let someone else cut in front of us. The side entrance door lock was broken so you could come in and out until they locked it. Asked for a pack n play... The first one they got out was not all together so they brought a second one. The second one was broken. It would not lock down in the middle. Also, they had no sheets for the pack n play. Went to breakfast... They had one high chair and the belt was broken. When I went to the desk to ask is they had another because it was broken, she said "no, it works" and came to find out it was indeed broken. I guess I looked stupid and she had to check. Not sure what was used in the room, but I had some sort of Allergic reaction and woke up with swollen eyes and face. The room temp was awful, it was either freezing or boiling. Don't waste your money staying here. We left early since we were so uncomfortable.

The front desk provided us with a cab company, it was 15.00 (including tip) to get to down town Stillwater. If this hotel invested in a Shuttle service it would be well worth it.

The hotel is pleasant with a clean pool and nice breakfast provided. However the room which was the last available, smelled like stale smoke. Several staff took smoke breaks at the front door which was very distasteful and not very courteous.

We booked a room with 2 queen beds and were put in a room with 2 doubles. It wouldn't have been that big of a deal, but the room was booked for 4 people and the 2 queen beds were the only reason we booked the room. The front desk lady, was not helpful and basically said, "Too bad." TV would turn on in the middle of the night while we were sleeping. Hair in the bed sheets.

The staff were very considerate and helpful, the room was extremely comfortable and we were so glad to hitthe pool. We would stay here again.

My husband and I stayed there to celebrate our anniversary. It was clean and comfortable and quiet, so it was great for us as we just wanted to spend some time together without the kids. The only complaint we had was that some of the cable channels did not have any sound, but I think that was the cable's fault more then the hotels.

Clean room, small table, no desk, very small TV! OK for short or emergency stay. Just needs a bit of sprucing up.

Very nice staff. Continental breakfast was very good. Easy to find the location.

The Country Inn and Suites was a decent hotel because it is so new. The standard room with 2 Q beds was large enough, but lacked any amenities. It was your basic vanilla box - no mini refrigerator, no microwave. Complimentary breakfast was reasonably good, but lacked fruit, bananas and raisins would have been nice. It was monitored inconsistently by staff, things ran out, food, coffee, napkins, and guests either had to find the supplies or staff had to be located. Tables should have been cleaned more regularly, since the hotel was busy and there was a lot of turnover on the tables. Staff appeared young and in some cases inexperienced and cranky, although some were very pleasant and helpful. The bed sheets on one bed were ripped and were not changed during our 4 day stay. When I requested a linen change on the other bed, it was done. There is no fitness room, which was a real drawback for me, although there is a pool. All in all, I would stay here again, even though I would prefer a hotel with more options.

We have stayed at Country Inn & Suites before, but not this one. It was clean, well decorated, friendly staff and perfect for our stay.
