Quite and clean. Didn’t check out the pool or any thing...............

No breakfast and no ground floor suite as promised.

It worked for what I needed, but it really needed maintenance to repair the cracking drywall etc. The room had a oldish smell as it seemed the room wasnt used for a while and the fan/AC/heat was off. Due to covid there was no breakfast which was disappointing as other places offer it as bagged or room service. The pool was closed also yet the pricing remained at what seemed to be the regular rate. The staff was friendly but werent wearing masks. The best part of the visit was the quiet neighborhood and I didnt hear anyone else during our stay even though based on cars there were about 10 other rooms rented out.

Location was good. Near shopping and restaurants. Convenient and close to Downtown Stillwater. Lots of disrepair. Fan in bathroom broken. Shower rod was bent so shower curtain didn’t stay shut. Mattresses were hard.

Got the king suite April 1st. First impressions were that the hotel was clean, good atmosphere. Staff was very friendly. Room was clean. The only issue was with the hot tub, not perfectly clean but i don't ever have high expectations. Had a billing error, which was my fault, general manager went above and beyond to help me. Would definitely stay again and recommend.

Disappointed with our stay; wouldn't return. The rooms had some new furnishings but the hotel overall was in rough shape. We found garbage from previous guests around the room, the bathroom was dirty and there was dust all over the room. Pool and hot tub were closed during our stay. Breakfast choices were sparse and I didn't try much as what offerings they had didn't look edible.

Clean and accommodating. Was able to get a room that was convenient.

I swear a cat was in the room prior to arrival so I had allergic reaction . Unhappy stay

Stayed for a couple of nights, people working there were super friendly. The two nights we were there it was -20 the room was warm and very clean.

We had the room with a Jacuzzi tub and king bed. Everything was clean and comfortable. Nice pool and hot tub. Just what you would expect for the continental breakfast. Great stay.

me and my husband got a suite on valentines day weekend, and we searched for the cheapest hotel with the best sounding stuff, and crossings by grandstay meet it! nice staff and low prices, i definatly recommend this hotel! only thing that wouldve been better is if theyd have a dvd player for the rooms

The hotel, staff and room were very comfortable. I had stayed there before and forgot there was no elevator to the second floor. If you are unable to handle stairs I'm sure you can request a first floor room. The hotel staff did offer to help, but I'm too proud...

Hotel was nicer than comparable options nearby. Rooms were very clean. Pool was adequate. Breakfast was so-so. Overall good for the price. Not close enough to historic Main Street Stillwater to walk.

Check in was slow, there was only one person at the desk. No Problem, but she let someone else cut in front of us. The side entrance door lock was broken so you could come in and out until they locked it. Asked for a pack n play... The first one they got out was not all together so they brought a second one. The second one was broken. It would not lock down in the middle. Also, they had no sheets for the pack n play. Went to breakfast... They had one high chair and the belt was broken. When I went to the desk to ask is they had another because it was broken, she said "no, it works" and came to find out it was indeed broken. I guess I looked stupid and she had to check. Not sure what was used in the room, but I had some sort of Allergic reaction and woke up with swollen eyes and face. The room temp was awful, it was either freezing or boiling. Don't waste your money staying here. We left early since we were so uncomfortable.

The front desk provided us with a cab company, it was 15.00 (including tip) to get to down town Stillwater. If this hotel invested in a Shuttle service it would be well worth it.

The hotel is pleasant with a clean pool and nice breakfast provided. However the room which was the last available, smelled like stale smoke. Several staff took smoke breaks at the front door which was very distasteful and not very courteous.

Thank you for feedback. It is hard for Grand Stay without knowing the name of guest or room # to do maintenance of above mention room issue.
