Overpriced for what it offers

The room was overall clean but had a musty smoky smell upon walking in. The hotel entrance also smells. Also, breakfast is not included. We probably would not stay again.

The hotel is nice and the cleaning crew’s excellent. we needed a kettle and called from deal and was always told they will bring one up. It took a cleaning crew to find out Electric Kettles are for upper floors 10&up. Next time take your kettle .

I died here. Incident on 7/15/2025

On behalf of my late partner, Anthony Huynh, who tragically passed away at your property on 7/15/2025 (easily verified through my Hotels.com booking), I am writing to express my deep frustration and disappointment with how the situation was handled. This is not a prank. Your staff treated his grieving family members poorly and repeatedly misled them in attempts to prevent access to the third floor, where he died in room 321. We were given excuse after excuse—“we’re fully booked for the next two months,” “come back tomorrow early in the morning maybe,” “wait for a manager another day,” “try booking online and request that room”, “ I’m too busy to help you right now”—all delivered with condescending eye-rolling, dismissive tones, and dishonesty. To make matters worse, his room was booked out within 72 business hours after his death, despite the fact that he had died in that room only hours earlier. Guests are now unknowingly staying in a room where someone had just died. Because of this experience, I will never book another Sonesta in my life, and I will be sharing this unacceptable treatment with others.

We loved our stay. The only thing was I didnt see anything about paying to park until we checked in. Definitely not a deal breaker. The hotel was beautiful, staff was very kind,food was good. Drinks wre even better
