The room was not cleaned by the time of check-in. Bad smell, noisy. The Internet was not available at all.

No food, even conti-breakfast, except purchased products. Bit clean and pleasant overall. Staff was pleasant and friendly. Shuttle drivers also… nice.

Even though we clearly told we were going to Niner game & asked for directions to light rail, we were not informed the hotel shuttle could take us and pick us up from light rail.
Front desk was very professional and made check in and check out very quick and easy. Room and bathroom was very clean and spacious. Their parking lot was very big as well.
