Breakfast is amazing, we have been to different hotels with complimentary breakfast but yours is the best
The first time we stayed there was better than the second time which was just 4 days later. One of the staff was unfriendly, I assumed she had a bad day but I must think hard to come back to that hotel. Swimming pool looked uncleaned, and jacuzzi was close. Other than that, hotel location was convienien. The louge was state of art. Breakfast was good and afternoon snack was a plus.
WORST EVER. IT STARTED ST CHECK IN. There were scuffles outside the entrance. The ENTIRE FTONT DESK WAS RELOCATED AND A MAKE SHIFT DESK WAS PUTBIN PLACE. THERE WAS DRY WALL, TAPE AND PLASTIC EVERYWHERE. THERE WAS ABSOLUTELY NO GREENERY OR PLANTS ANYWHERE. WE WERE TOLD THAT THE POOL AND SPA WERE NOT FUNCTIONAL HOWEVER TGE VERY NEXT DAY THERE WERE TONS OF KIDS IN THE POOL AND THE SPA WAS NOW OPEN!!!! When I asked about this, I was told that ‘Plans changed’. When we got to the room on the initial night the refrigerator freezer was completely over flowing with ice. The tv did not work and we were told that the technician would be in tomorrow. But the FINAL blow was the presence of BED BUGS!!! This was the absolute WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!! We requested a FULL refund but were told that the money would not be refunded immediately, over $738!! We were not in the position to put any more money out. So the initial night was supposed to be refunded. We were assigned another room. I was ABSOLUTELY MISERABLE but there was no other hotels available in the area because of the huge business conference which we were attending, ACN. When we called the hotel regarding the first nights refund, we were told to call Orbitz. We called Orbitz and was told to call the hotel....WE HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY COMPENSATION FOR THIS HORRIFIC EXPERIENCE.
No heat. Had to use a portable room heater. Charged $10/night parking.
Under construction, A/C didnt work my 1st night, cable was horrible and they charge for parking now!
It would have been nice to know they were under renovation. We might have picked another hotel. They tried very hard to make things comfortable but, it did cause a bit of inconvenience. They held the nightly reception in the lobby because the entire atrium was under construction. There was not enough seating and the snacks and bar offerings were a bit weak.
Would not recommend this hotel at this time due to extensive remodeling currently under way. Wait 8 months until construction is complete.
The front desk person at check in was really rude if your looking for kind pleasant people when you come here do not book here but I was impressed with how comfortable the bed was although the decor could use an update and for the price it should of been renovated ten years ago overall I give this hotel a 3 out of 5 .
The staff is not friendly. Room charges are expensive and in addition to that parking fee and wifi fees are added.
Staff wasn't too friendly inthe morning, ourcouch was ripped and had a hole.atmosphere was not normal embassy suites atmosphere
I have stayed in several hotels in this area in this trip. This one is the best. I want to stay longer but they were sold out. The only draw back is that Wifi is such a hassle to use.
Needed a quiet place for an emotional event, this hotel provided that.
Very noisy. Black mold around the window in the bedroom.
Stay was fine. Staff is nice, but neglected to inform me the water would be shut off all day, a real inconvenience since I stayed here due to remodel at my home. Rooms are clean and big, but need an updated look. Indoor pool was nice looking, but is not well ventilated and the smell of chlorine was too overwhelming. The pool left us itching all night, too many chemicals. Dining was nothing to brag about, small menu and the food was mediocre. Overall I liked my stay, but will probably find elsewhere in the future.
This is our 2nd time. Over the weekend, it was very crowded. By Monday morning, it was very pleasant.
Great hotel with decent breakfast. Courteous and hard working staff
It was ok. Only the extra comforter has still like some crayons. Not sure if it was washed or they just fold it nicely and return it in the closet. Called housekeeping to replace it. They did it right away . Also I ordered food during happy hour and I was told to pick it up but I am still in the atrium. Why they can't serve it?
