They had no toothpaste, called the receptionist, the only answer that we got that “we are out”. Their heater is old and smells burn badly while running. We called them again to ask about that, they said that is normal, and they have gotten complained about that all the time. The breakfast was ready in a togo bag with 1 muffin, 1 orange, and 1protein bar 😩 . I have checked out 5days already but my deposit still have not been refunded, must call them to ask for that. Not recommended this place

like the hotel nice clean convenient. BUT!!!.. my work truck tool box got broken in too. DISAPPOINTING..

Nice staff

This property is good for one or two nights stay but not longer. Check-in process was quick and front desk staff was friendly. The room was clean and new fresh paint but the smoke odor was horrible. Front desk clerk was notifying of the smoke odor (because was don't want to get charged for smoking in the room) and ticket was written up but nothing happened. Morning free breakfast consists of a mini muffin and a granola bar in brown paper bag given out upon request for 2 persons was a joke to us.

The place looks nothing like the photos painted it out to be. The rooms are pretty run down and old. At some point someone came into the room and took all of our towels (even the clean unused ones) and our shower curtain. We had to call in and get these replaced. They didn't clean the room, they just took the stuff and left. It was really weird. Some of the doors look like they've been broken into. The air conditioner's plastic was broken. We had to switch rooms because our original was two beds instead of a Queen and the shower and toilet were merged. The place is more like a motel off the side of the road. We won't be coming here again.

The location is great! Very close to a shopping mall with a lot of yummy Asian food. The bed feels comfy too, but the shower is kind of old and not well-maintained.

I liked the location and the affordability. Check in was a little slow, but overall everything went well. I would recommend this place

three of us got in very late and asked if our rooms could be close together because all of our luggage was in one car. The receptionist was very helpful and accommodating and kind.

Check-in took too long because they couldn't find reservation despite me calling to say we would be 2 hrs late because of delayed flight

I wish I could remember enough out my stay here, but it was forgettable, but in a good way.
